Healing Broken

After we finished shopping that everyone went to my house and we hanged, eat and watched movies all night.

" So Jen how did you like Matthew falling for you?" Asked Carm with excitement in her voice as she extended the falling part a little bit more then she should of.

I rolled my eyes for probably about the fifteenth time today, shrugged and said

" In all honesty I have no clue. I was way to nervous. I mean Matthew Clemson was actually talking to ME, Jennie Kelly! Like ugh I don't know how to explain it. And his baby blue crystal eyes that gives me more then butterflies but big huge waves from a ocean that keeps drowning me and gives me that tangle everytime I even feel him near me..."

I stopped talking when I saw the boy's expression on their faces. That's when I turned bright red and everyone started laughing but me. I just turned even more red and I threw a big pillow at the boys face. They stopped laughing.

" Ouch that hurts Jen." Both boys said at the same time.

Mission accomplished. Carm then took her pillow and started to hit everyone with hers. We all took our pillows and started hitting each other.

I know what your thinking. That four sixteenth year olds shouldn't still be having these fights but come on you have to admit, hitting people is always fun so of course we still do it. But I have the best aim so I always hit better then them.

The pillow fight happened for another five-ish minutes until our arms got tired. We went to my kitchen and grabbed some more sugar food. It's going to be a long night.

After stuffing our stomachs with loads of junk food that we went back to the living room after we each made a bag of movie theater popcorn and we continued our movie marathon. At one am that everyone had passed out and Jennie's mother finally came in from work and turned off the light and tv. Jennie woke up.

" Hey Mom, welcome home. Your credit card is on the table. How was work?"

She didn't say anything and she gave Jennie one of her smiles that was probably a little bit to forced.

" It was that bad, huh?" Asked Jennie.

Jennie's mom, Mindy, signed a little bit, rubbed Jennie's head and said

" Everything will be ok. I just have a new case is all. Now go back to bed Hun." Mindy gave Jennie a small peck on her fourhead and went out the room.

I thought to myself Man mom I love you and all, but I wish you wasn't a lawyer sometimes. And then I closed my eyes and fell back to sleep.

A/N I hope that you guys are liking this book so far and I know that this chapter is kind of short but I promise that there will be longer ones ahead, just be patient with me please.
