Ben’s P.O.V –
Jade had fallen asleep as soon as her head had hit my chest and my arms and wrapped around her skinny frame, I closed my eyes and drifted to sleep knowing she was safe and sound….
“NO, NO LEAVE ME ALONE!” I jolted up to see Jade screaming in her sleep, she was having a nightmare, I got of the bed and tried to wake her, nothing happened, she still screamed
“YOUR KILLING ME STOP STOP” tears started to stream down my face there was nothing I could do to wake her, Doctor’s came rushing in after hearing her cries of help, the same woman before with Brown hair, tried to wake her put nothing. All of a sudden she lightly slapped her cheek, and suddenly she jolted up, shaking and unevenly breathing
“GET AWAY FROM ME!! ALL OF YOU!” the doctors all took a step back, Jade’s eyes finding mine. Tears rolling down our eyes, she opened her arms up and walked into the we just stayed there holding each other, crying. I started to whisper into her hair as I cradled her
“Everything is going to okay, you’re safe. These people are trying to help you” I let go off her and she hung her head in shame, I left her chin up lightly and kissed her on the lips, she smiled. She turned to the doctors who were watching us and apologized
“I’m so sorry, I was…. Scared” the brown haired doctor came closer and sat on the edge of the bed
“It’s okay, you were scared, my name is Lucy and this is my assistant John, we will both try and help you get through this.” She smiled and carried on “it seems you will have trouble sleeping peacefully for a while so I’ll give you a prescription of sleeping pills, so whenever you want to sleep just take to with water and you’ll be out like a light, does that sound okay”
“Yes, Thank you”
“No problem, how are you feeling now” Jade by now had stopped shaking and her breathing was even
“Fine Thanks”
“Good, would you like us to bring in a TV so you can watch a film or something?” Jade nodded, Lucy and John left the room.
“I’m sorry I scared you like that...” I took her in my arms and held her
“It’s fine.” We stayed like this until they came back, with the TV and DVD play, moving away from her I pulled the chair towards the bed and took a seat
“Okay Jade, Do you like get him to Greek, 21 Jump Street and 8 mile?”
“ahah, yeah I do” hearing her laugh made me smile, and the plus side she had great movie taste
“Okay then which one first?”
“21 Jump Street please”
They set everything up and left us to watch the films, they said they would be back within the hour to check up on her, when they left I turned towards Jade to see her looking at me smiling
“What’s up Babe?”
“I’m just really glad you’re here...” she trailed off as tears ran down her face, I took her tiny hand within mine and ran my thumb back and forth to comfort her
“Don’t cry. Please” I pleaded her to stop I hated to see her like this I wanted to see that beautiful smile upon her face again
“It’s just I thought you would leave me and not bother anymore...” the tears had stopped but still an upset expression was upon her face
