Expect the Unexpected.

Chapter 2

Being in the spotlight isn't always easy, all the lights and screaming fans on each side of you...The paps trying to make you look bad on every single thing you do. I never thought the day I would ever be in the situation. I just always thought I'd read about my idols being drug down by negative attention or making bad choices and people judging before they know the reason.

It's been 3 months since I met the guy at the mall, I have become a singer and of course he made me sing in front of my mom and I became big because of Scooter. I'm not totally up there with his other artist but I'm getting there.

Tonight I have an interview with Chelsea Lately, Scooter is sending me all around the world to talk shows, radio stations, and having me do little performances. It gets so tiring sometimes I question if this is all worth it. Yeah, I'm just getting started but is it gonna be like this all the time? No brakes. No personal life. Just work.

I haven't talked to my friends back home in what feels like weeks, but it's only been 1 full week. Hopefully Scooter lets me take the weekend off. I'm exhausted.

"Kate, you up yet? we got a radio station to be at in an hour!"

"I know Scoot. I'll be ready in time."

Feeling sore, I manage to get myself up and grab some clothes for the day. I get something comfortable, but not to lazy looking.

Usually after all the interviews and whatnot, Scooter has my personal trainer help me stay in fit. He claims it'll help me when I start tour to get into rhythm and things.

"Good afternoon, you are listening to Lila's 67.8 FM. Today, we are visited by the outstandingly beautiful Katie Silvers, for those of you that don't know Katie has been working her butt off to get noticed world wide and has been working with Thee Scooter Braun. How are you sweetie?"

"Hello, I'm good how are you?"

"Oh, I'm fantastic. Tell me, how are you liking all this? with traveling all over."

"it's stressful and very tiring but I'm doing this for the fans that have already discovered me and made an outstanding effort to come and see me and I have always dreamed about being that one person on the TV on commercials and just being a big star. I never knew it would actually happen. It's just amazing".

"Wow. That is amazing. I always love hearing people's stories on how they were always little and dreamed of becoming big."

Then she kept rambling about how to stay humble and grounded and not be like previous teenage stars and let everything get to your head and stuff. Same old things every other radio station stays.

Finally we say our goodbyes and we head back to the hotel and then Scooter said I could rest till 3 then I had to go workout with Mike.

It is currently 1 o'clock so I got time to sit down and enjoy some Netflix!

I decided to watch 'LOL' with Miley Cyrus, i love her. She's so sweet and loving, as long as your on her good side. She has showed her pain to the world and isn't afraid to be herself in front of everyone. She is an example of what I wanna become. Be known as the crazy person that just doesn't care what people think, just be happy with who I am and what I do.

And may I add the guy she dated Is hot as fuck!

After the movie it was about 2:45 and I jumped up and hurried to get ready for Mike so he wouldn't have to wait long. I got out some yoga shorts and a tank top. In the gym it gets hot when your kick boxing, running and lifting a little. I'm very weak so Mike has me lift every once in awhile. I love Mike and all because he is very understanding and he's an entertainer, that's for sure. I can talk to him about anything, he's like my second dad.

I've never really had a dad, my mom says that when I was a couple months old my dad bailed because he didn't like getting up in the middle of the night to calm me down.

It's whatever I guess, better to leave at the age where I don't remember then to wait till I was attached to him and him just get up and leave.

"Knock, knock! You ready Kate?"

"Be out in a minute!"

I went to the closet and grabbed my bag and went the little mini fridge in the corner of my hotel room and got 2 water bottles. Hope this goes well.

"Okay, we are about done here. All we have left is the kick boxing. I'm gonna give you a number and whatever it is, I want you to hit me that many times, understand? I'm gonna swing every once in awhile and you duck. If you don't get down in time it won't be hard enough to hurt you."

"Alright"

"Okay ready?"

"Go"

"2!"

One hit. Two hit.

"4"

One.Two.Three.Four.

"1"

One.

"3"

One.Two.Three duck

"Good. I think we can call it quits for today, I'm starving!"

We both let out a laugh and I start doing my cool down stretches, me and Mike are talking and a guy walks in asking if he can speak to Mike for a second.

They went by the door and of course I'm gonna walk out and listen, I'm very nosy sometimes. But I will not listen to something that seems important and not concerned to do with me.

I walk out and wave to Mike as I walk by and he just waves and smiles.

"He wants you as a trainer, he won't take anyone else and you are training Katie so you won't have to trade much. You have contact with Scott and everything so he wanted me to come ask since he has rehearsal."

"I don't know . I don't wanna lose time with my family since my youngest is starting Kindergarten soon."

"That's fine. Understandable actually. He will be able to work out in the mid morning so it'll be during the time your youngest will be in school, correct?"

After that I decided I needed to go. I knew he would do it because I work with him early morning on weekends and afternoon during the week. He would do it for the money since the persons is gonna be a big star since he's with Scooter.

I walked to my car and got in and took a huge breathe of relief. I was finally done for today! Yes! I always love these moments because now I can go home and eat then go to bed, my bed is my best friend. .
