I woke up to the sound of my phone. It was 8am in the morning

It's a text from Joey. Greeting me

.

"Morning babe. Sorry I left early in the morning. I need to prepare for work that's why. But I promise I'll take you to dinner, seeyou at the office. Goodluck on your practice. Iloveyou" the text read. I smiled as if I have never smiled like this wide for a couple of days

I just replied to her text as I got up to prepare for my schedule today

"Goodmorning. I just woke up, I have a tons of schedule today but promise I'll seeyou later in the evening. Goodluck at work. I love you too" i smiled and walk to the kitchen

I got at the SM Ent building in a very good mood. But then again change after seeing Kai from the lobby and yes, I forgave him but still. It's awkward for me to see him

I just passed him to avoid him

My manager approached me as I passed by Kai a few meters away

"Soojung. We need to go! You can stay here for today" he said

"Why? I still have a recording oppa" i said and got dragged away by him

"It got cancelled due to the incident earlier" he said. What? Incident?

"What happened?" I asked him again. But after I asked him that he just looked behind me and saw Kai looking at us with a sorry expression

"Your boyfriend got into trouble" he just blurted

"What!? What kind of trouble!?" And now I hold him both of his forearms and looked him in the eyes. He just keep looking at Kai's direction

"Is it because of him?" I just asked and he nodded

I looked back at Kai and gave him a death stare. I jusg forgave him and now he's starting again!

"I need to see Joey" i just said and walked to where her office is located

.

"You can't. She's up in mr. Lee's office" my manager stopped me

.

"I'll just go there then" i said and walked to the elevator and closed it as I got in so my manager can't stop me
