'There was a tale told that there is to be a pure white wolf as white as snow with one ghoul eye and one piercing blue eye that would bring peace to the land and unite the beats and hunters once more.' At least that was what I was told but it's just a tale besides ghouls don't exist... at least that's what I thought.
"Sonya! You're going to be late get up already and get ready!" I hear Mum shout behind my door knocking on it constantly. Ugh, school can I be bothered? I move my quilt off my body into the cold air since I only had blue shorts and a light blue tank top on for pjs. I shiver slightly then pull the quilt back over. It was then I feel the quilt not even a second later being ripped off my bed. "Sonya I know you have a maths test today." I look at my annoyed mum holding the quilt in her hands. "Ok ok I'm up!" In a hurry I quickly start to get ready for school.
This is my normal life, well besides rushing to get ready for school because of a math test. As you would have guessed my name is Sonya, I'm 16 in year 10. I am about 5'1 tall with long amber hair down to my waist. I have green/blue hazel eyes and I am quite pale with a few freckles here and there. I go to Kingston Seniors High Which can be pretty tough on your first day as I found out myself only being able to find one friend among the school grounds. Caroline has been my friend for a while now and we are just midway in term one, barely surviving in my opinion.
I put my hair into a quick pony tail since I didn't have time to braid my hair then after I put on my school brand white shirt and a black skirt just above the knees before tucking my top into the skirt. Afterwards, I rush down the hall into the kitchen grabbing a banana since Mum said it was just as good as breakfast and really I got no time making toast or eating cereal as I'm slow at eating. I quickly rush to the bathroom and brush my teeth before grabbing my school bag and rush out the front door lightly jogging to school as it was a ten minute walk.
I look down at my dark navy blue watch "eight thirty.. hu I should be on time." I stop jogging half way to school and shrug. My home group teacher which is before the first lesson, is pretty chill as long as I get to the class by quarter to nine. I just walk casually making my way into the school gates. I look to my left and right while walking through the hallway finding my home group classroom I swing my bag onto the floor once I get settled in my seating spot before looking to my right as Caroline comes over with a big smile.
Caroline and I have been really close as I've said before, she's got short blue anime hair up to her shoulders and is quite tanned. She has big 'nerdy' looking glasses but they suited her well. Her chocolate brown eyes light up with news I knew she wanted to speak.
"So I heard we got a new kid coming soon." I look at Caroline nodding slowly not really caring too much. She rolls her eyes. "Apparently he doesn't speak." I laugh a little and Caroline looks my way. "I wouldn't want to speak to these morons around us either." She laughs at my comment since most of the people here well... they can be 'special' it makes me worried about our future leaders. I sigh and scribble a little drawing of a dragon head on the table. I jolt my head up as I hear a case being slammed on the teachers desk causing me to slip up on the drawing and I curse under my breath.
"I'm Mr Flinton since Mrs Gilson is ill and all, I will be taking her place for now. I expect all to be on time." I really didn't like Mr Flinton he was one of those teachers even teacher pets hated. Once one of the guys spoke up in one of Mr Flinton's class to ask for help during silence as we were 'too noisy' and he had to pick up rubbish in the school yard at lunch.
The whole class sighed loudly. As the bell went I rush off like all the other students to get out of Mr Flinton's sight. I walk to English which I sat bored in staring out the window and when we got our paper work I easily finished the work off. I was dreading the math test coming up after lunch though as I decide to go over some of that in English.
