Ya your bleeding alright so what we need to do is stop it. I'm going to tell you incase you don't know how to put in a tampon, but please this book is not enough if your bleeding or on your period TELL AN ADULT i don't care if there a cis dude, tell an adult you can trust. They should be able to help you with this.
types of tampons:
green: for heavy flow -large-
yellow: for mediom flow -medium-
Purple: for mild flow -small-
For this demenstration we will be using the small tampons as an example.
How to put in a tampon:
First things first clean your hands. if you don't do this you can get infections. You can come back to this book, and wash your hands, it will still be waiting when you do. Now welcome back, take the tampon out of its wrapper. Stand up or sit down where your relaxed and comfy, hard to do i know. and check on the string of the tampon give it a light pull ot make sure its secure.
Now look at an anatomy chart i can't link one here because this is on wattpad but look at one of the vagina. You should see somewhere on that chart something that says vaginal opening. this is where you insert the tampon. Take a while to examine your body and find it. We don't want any mistakes here.
Now very carefully, take one hand pull open the little fold of your genitalia,"folds acording to the chart you looked up" ya you have to touch yourself which may make you uncomfortable but its what you have to do. Now make sure your doing this with your dominete hand (writing hand). now with your other if you have one, hold the tampon, pretend its a torpeido or something, it needs to go in head first. Now push it in. got it in ? good. Now its totally fine and ok to be nervous doing this, every one is when they first do. Ok now that its in take your pointer finger and push it in, ya i know increadibly uncomfortable. But thats life.
Now im no expert on tampons so here i will link a far better source on how to do this:

now if your tampon hurts in any way YOU DID IT WRONG. take it out imidiatly. It shoudn't hurt to sit down or to walk. If it does you did something wrong and you need to take it out asap to avoid infection!
