It's a market where you'll get all varieties of woollen/winter garment..
There's a race of people called BHUTIYA.. They are one of the indigenous tribe of the eastern hills..
Since the sellers mostly belong to that clan, it's popularly called BHUTIYA MARKET.
It has nothing to do with ghosts or any supernatural being. It's not BHOOTIA.. but it's BHUTIYA.😂😂😂😂
The way you pronounce BHUTAN....it's BHUTIYA..
