Serena woke up to the sweet smell of cologne mixing with fresh linen. She stretched her aching limbs . Her eyes fluttered opened to Nicholas dressed in a all black fitted suit with a silk red tie. His hair was nicely fixed , up and slicked back. Nicholas fixed his eyes in the half asleep angel in his bed. Serena yawned before sitting up on the bed.

"Where are you going handsome?" Serena said rubbing her eyes. He smiled slipping in his loafers.

"I have a international meeting in a few hours. " Serena frowned she hoped they could spend the day catching up or at least enjoying each others company, but of course money comes first. It wasn't his fault he didn't want to leave the love of his life but if he stayed he would get a lot of shit from his father and the corporation, so he had no choice. His eye's saddened as he noticed the slight frown on her pale face.

"I promise I'll be back and then we can spend as much time catching up with one another, okay." He then kissed her cheek before walking down the steps and into the kitchen. He made himself a warm cup of coffee before heading the most boring place. The office. He tried to get out of meetings all the time especially ones like these but his father always found a way to trap him. Serena had followed him down stairs after she had brushed her pearly whites.

"Can I have a cup?" She asked shyly which made Nicholas smile.

"Sure anything for my lovely lady." Serena began to blush as he poured a cup of coffee adding creamer and sugar.

"Thank you." She whispered staring at his unique beauty. She missed him as much she tried to deny it.she still had feelings for such a man. She knew this would end soon because this never last especially something with a sweet taste. It will always be bound to become bitter.

Nicholas finally arrived back home to speak to the most beautiful woman in the world. He wad utterly exhausted from his five hour meeting. His tie hung loosely around his neck and his collared shirt was unbuttoned slightly showing his pecks. He walked towards the front door pulling out keys but the door was swung open by Serena in a red dress that clung to her curves perfectly. "Serena you...you look stunning." Nicholas voice was hoarse from the dryness of his mouth. She blushed stepping back to letting him in.

"Isn't it a bit early for wine. " Nicholas asked walking towards her.

"Well the looks of you, you might need some. You look very stressed. " Serena began drinking the wine at a slow pace. Nicholas started at the red liquid for a second before staring at Serena.

"I'm very stressed but I had something else in mind that could relax me." Serena bit her lip with need and that threw Nicholas off the edge. He pulled her close as their lips molded together.
