Lou had told me his entire story....he even showed me what that awful excuse for a human being had done to such a perfect boy. I couldn't ever let him go back. Never.
"I'm so so sorry, Louis...." I gave him a tight hug. One of the hugs I'm known for, aka Horan Hugs.
"H-huh?!" he was confused. "W-why are you s-sorry?"
"Because I haven't noticed or done anything and....your my....my...." I didn't know how to phrase it....
"Your....c-crush?" he looked at me with widened eyes.
Look at that, cover blown, baby boy.
Shut up! I can still cover my arse!
Ha okay good luck.
"W-what?" I scoffed. "N-no. More of a....squish."
"So someone you only want to be with as a friend?" he looked slightly disappointed.
"Well, I mean...." thinking back, he never did tell me his sexual orientation.... "I'm gay, honestly. But....sometimes you have to get over the fact that every guy you like is straight or just not into you so you kinda....forget about love and what it's like to like someone...."
It was silent for the longest time.
"Ni?" He broke the silence.
"Yeah, Lou?"
"I'm gay, too."
