My Melody's Harmony

Chapter 1

chapter 1:
[Shyolet's POV]
I woke up late because of my broken alarm clock :'(. I took a quick shower then ran downstairs to eat breakfast. While I was having breakfast my dad came in and kissed my forehead while winking at me saying ,"Have fun at school, my Juliet."(That's what my dad calls me cause I like reading Shakespeare and my names ends with an et so its juli-et 😂). I smiled at him before I grab my backpack and left the house.

I immediately ran to the subway because I was literally late for 5 minutes already and it is also the first day of school. In the subway, I put on my earphones like usual and played a random song on my phone. I stared at the window while listening to the song.

But then, a song played. I started to feel pain in my heart until I didn't notice my tears rolling down my cheeks. I looked down at my phone to see "that" song playing. "What is wrong with me? Why does this always happen everytime i hear that song ?" I snapped back to reality as I quickly wiped my tears with my hands and played another song. I took a short nap then woke up. I got off the subway and ran to school.

I arrived at school and I realized I was 10 minutes late. I snuck into class and luckily the teacher didn't notice me. I quickly took the empty seat in the back. The lesson was really confusing and boring so I took out my notebook and start writing lyrics of random songs and yes , I lovee listening to songs and sing XD .

<Lunch time>
Finally its lunch time. I took my lunch and ate quickly so I have enough time to go to the library to read. I would find a Shakespeare book if there is any. I also had to ask some students where the library is because I'm new here. While I was going to the library, I heard a melodious voice . "Maybe its just my imagination." I said as I shrugged and ignored it and continue going to the library. I got in the library and asked the librarian if there are any Shakespeare books. She signaled me to follow her to the books section and showed me many Shakespeare books. I thanked her before she returned to the desk.

While I was reading, I heard the melodious voice again it was really beautiful. But the weird thing is, nobody seemed to notice so I ignored it. It's probably just my imagination. I continued reading like nothing happened until the bell rang. I quickly put the book away and ran to my next class. I don't want to be late for class since its the first day of school. But no one seems to notice that I'm a new student so I guess I got nothing to worry about? I hope. I was lucky enough the teacher came a bit late so I had a few minutes before the lesson started . I sat at the back seat like before and started thinking about the melodious voice I heard before , it doesn't feel like it was from my imagination though....
As I was lost in my thought thinking about the voice a girl came up to me and said ,"Hi 😊 , I'm guessing ur new here , I'm also new here. By the way my name is Farrah what's yours?"
