Three Is A Crowd

chapter two

  5 years later 

I got invited too go on vacation with Maranda to a 5 star beach resort so I started packing in my room.  its funny how 5 years go by and we still are friends, I called Maranda up. 

"Hey Mar!" i said sounding excited 

"hay wifee!!" said Maranda acting playfull

"cant wait for Indian rock resort!!!!!" 

"yeah i know right????" 

"And no boys are gonna make our vacation suck, its just gonna be me, you, and your family! I will be over in a-couple hours" i said jumping up and down.  

"ok, see you later!!!!!!" said Maranda, she hung up the phone and i put my phone on the desk and started jumping up and down laughing"

I arived at Maranda's house, just in time too every one was climbing inside the car, i grabbed my bag, kissed my mom bye, and ran to get in. 

 "so you ready for the two hour trip?" i asked 

"You know it!!!!!"  she said 

Maranda's mom pulled the car out of the drive way and we blasted Nicki Minaj "Pound the alarm"  we stood up and stuck our head's out of the car's sun roof and scream the song as loud as we can so everyone on the street can hear us.  We fell asleep and when we woke up we where at the one and only Indian Rock Resort. 

Maranda's mom parked the car in the parking lot and grabbed and luggage cart. Me and Maranda ran to the back of the car, opened up the trunck, grabbed our bag's and put them on the cart. we went up to the front desk and asked for a room key while Maranda's mom and dad took the luggage cart up stairs. we walked into the elivator and pressed the 3rd floor buttton, whe we got to the top we walked into our room and put our luggage down. Me and Maranda quickly changed into diffrent cloths and ran down into the lobby to check out the hotel. There was a HUGE screening room, game room, and when we ran outside to the pool deck there was a lazy river, hot tub, pool, and a beach about two minuts away if we walked. 

"This place is awesome!" i said being awstruck by the fantastic sight of the hotel. 

"ur telling me! and we are staying for two weeks!" said Maranda jumping up and down with a huge smile on her face.

"come on lets go to the game room" i said opeing the door to the hotel. 

"ok" we both walked into the hotel, and made our way to the game room. The room was red and had over a thousand games, me and Maranda walked around and looked at every game.

"Hey look" she pointed at a clear door that lead to the side of the hotel, i squinted my eyes to get a better look, i saw a sand path that lead to the beach. 

"lets go out the door and see whats there" Maranda ran towards the door and pushed it open, she held it open for me and we both went out the door. We looked back and saw words on the door "Staff Only" we looked at each other and tryed to open the door again but it was a one way door.

"uh oh" i said backing away from the door 

"HIDE! staff is coming!" Maranda said hidding behind a golf cart, i ducked down with her, the staff came towards the golf cart and took the keys, i heard the cart start up, Me and Maranda lunged back from the cart. Another staff saw us 

"HEY YOU TWO GIRLS!!!" The man yelled, he started running towards us. 

"RUN!!!" i screamed, i grabbed Maranda's hand and we ran down the beach trail. Sand was flying everywhere, when we got to the water we stopped to catch our breath.
