Author's Note: This story spawned from 'Ring Off', my entry in the June Smut Challenge. I decided to write Chad and Nailah's love story in full. This is their introduction on the set of Captain American: Civil War. Nailah is a young production assistant who gets the chance of a lifetime. Blessed. That was the one word Nailah Monroe would use to describe the way she was feeling in this moment. After three years of barely scraping by in Los Angeles and bouncing between whatever survival jobs she could find and low paying production assistant gigs, she'd managed to land the job that could lead to her dream career if she met the right people. Sheer luck brought Captain America himself, Chris Evans, into her waitressing gig two months ago. Although she'd internally fan girled over the handsome Avengers star, she'd managed to remain outwardly calm enough to strike up a casual conversation with the handsome actor. He'd left that day with a smile and a handsome tip, only to pop up about a week later, purposely sitting in her section.
