~She has had an infatuation with Neo for the longest time~

[✨Her Magics are widely unknown, even by her friends. She has a red earing, much like Neo's which basically serves the same purpose: an infinite storage space in a pocket dimension. Her Magics is quite simple too! She really only understands two of them. After the whole eclipse, many people pocess many powers and how many one person pocessess as a result of the dilemma of the previous eclipses is unknown, as for the same as what those powers are. Her first magic trick is called 'Rumor.' It isn't really effective on fighting zombies, but it's great for controlling humans. All she has to do is say the magic words "I heard a rumor..."
For example, "I heard a rumor that you stabbed and threatened your friend over there" or something of the sort. Now, her other little magic trick! It isn't anything all that great, she's basically a human torch. Her Magic is what you would commonly see in comic books of the sort, it's called Pyrrokinesis. Pyrrokinesis is basically where she can control and shoot fire and all that nonsense.✨]

(~As all magic does and should have, her little 'magic tricks' do have their drawbacks. No one can be all powerful after all, All Magic Has It's Price... The little 'Rumor' trick in more detail, is sort of like a wish of some sort. All she has to do is say "I heard a rumor" or something of the sort, and it happens. If she wishes for it to happen, it happens, helpful right? Not exactly. This ability is totally useless when you want to fight the undead, because, well, they don't necissarry have the brains to process anything other than "kill" and "eat," which is basically a survival instinct than anything. Plus, her 'wishes' hardly ever go as she wants them to go. After she puts it in affect, there's no telling what could happen. She has to choose her words, even her thoughts carefully. Slipping up with this ability could be a life or death situation, in her eyes anyways. Her other magic trick, Pyrrokinesis, has its backdrawls too. First, using it accessively can get her sick, her body being frail and all. She'll get high fevers, she'll become delerious, with is dangerous, especially with her other ability always on standby, always willing to activate itself even without the complete will of Chiyo. She could easily die while she's sick, if the Rumor doesn't catch her mistake before then. She often coughs up blood first, which is usually where she stops, to prevent illness.~)

~Chiyo was born while her elder brother was 22. Her mother died giving birth to her and her dad was a man who couldn't possibly take care of a baby, not when he was always drunk, abusing his wife, and pressuring his son into taking over his business. So, Chiyo's elder brother took care of her, after winning a custody battle over the baby.

Growing up, Chiyo's brother, Keith, was her only family. The only one she could rely on. The company was passed onto Keith when Chi was 5, due to their father's death. Keith already worked for Noah's company, having befriended the man when he was a bit younger. So, Keith gave the company to his predecessor, a man by the name of Kyle. Kyle was a great leader and even had a partnership with Noah's company.

As it so happens, a year later Chiyo and her brother were invited to dinner at Noah's house. Of course they showed up, and to Keith's displeasure, he just couldn't get Chiyo to wear a dress. So, she came wearing jeans, a hoodie, and tennis shoes. While Chi was there, she met Noah's family. Sure she had met Noah before, and he was nice and all, but for some reason Chi felt he was a bit fake. But, she was just 6, so what did she know?

While she was there, she met a toddler who was named Abel and the wife of Noah. Of course, she didn't really stay long to talk to the wife, having to lost her interest. However, the boy by the name of Neo interested her. Her father seemed to ignore him almost, same as his mother.

She talked to the boy and soon enough they became friends. She loved talking to him. Slowly she began to form a small school crush on him. As years pass though, he drifted away. Chiyo tried to talk to him, but then her brother died in an accident and it became harder and harder to talk to him, let alone anyone else. So she became a sorta loner. She still saw him at school though and tried her best to speak to him, even if it ended up in failure. In the end, she never really got over her little school girl crush.

However, that's not all. When the eclipse came, it was weird. Everyone panicked and fell into a sleep. However, while she slept, she dreamt. Dreamt of undead walking the streets, dreamt of a place where people used Magic of some sort. And when she woke up? Her dream had became reality. The eclipse had showed her a bit of knowledge, and she was foolish enough to help others and let them in.

A ton of stuff happened, and it all led to her being a prisoner with Noah in some military base. 6 years had passed and she was 20. She helped him, in order to help someone she still cared deeply about, her metaphorical "little brother" Neo. However, when they were going to rescue him, she heard a voice and everything went dark, like a dream, similar to the one she had before the eclipse, but different somehow. The voice asked her if she wanted to go back, to change thing.

Of course she said yes. Before she knew it, she woke up in a hospital bed, the day before the first eclipse. She had timetraveled somehow? Back to the day she was discharged from the hospital.

{Extra: Chi has a collar like Noah too. It was a present after her brother's funeral. She, like Noah, was extremely fragile and had a weak heart. Noah had one made for her, that way it'd be some kind of help, and hopefully she'd be safer. After all, Noah had promise to take care of Chii shall anything happen to Keith.}
