Chapter 12

The Sports Festival was quite busy. Since it had just ended yesterday everyone was able to relax. Oichi then read her final score. "2nd place...I tied with Todoroki..." Oichi took a deep breath. She walked downstairs. Luckily students had the time off for a few days since the Stain incident. Then Toshinori saw his daughter and looked over to her. He was the only one downstairs. Amai was upstairs sleeping and Sayaka was also sleeping herself. Ryu was upstairs in his bedroom watching his computer. Oichi saw her father stand up. He began to approach her. He stood in front of her. "2nd place...Im proud of you kiddo..." Oichi then felt her father lean down and kiss her forhead. He ruffles her hair gently but not so much as to mess it up. He then notices her nice sundress and her flat shoes. "Where are you going...?" Oichi then blushed. "Todoroki wanted to spend time with me..." Toshinori then smiled at her words. She was getting all grown up. "Have fun..." Oichi nodded before going towards the door and leaving.

Oichi sat at the cafe with Todoroki. "How is your mother...?" Todoroki then looked up at her. "Im sorry...if you dont want to talk about it thats fine..." Todoroki then spoke. "No its fine...she is alright from what I have seen of her..." Todoroki says in all honesty. Nobody ever really asked or cared about his feeling like Oichi did other than his mother. Oichi then looked at him with sympathy. "Im sorry about your father...I know your hurting from what he made you go through when you were younger...." Todoroki then looked at her. "You have nothing to apologize about....You were not there when it happend so you dont need to feel sorry for me..." He said this in a nice way. Oichi nodded. Endevour. Her mind went to the Hellflame quirked hero. She saw him quite a few times at the sports festival. Especially when he yelled out Todorokis name coming down the steps and through the crowd. Then whenever He saw her and Todoroki together he would give Oichi the evil eye. It was scary. Shoto had seen the way his father had been giving her the eye and would glareb back eventually leading to Endevour leaving the are away from his son and his friend. Oichi drinks a little bit of her tea.

Unknowingly, Endevour was watching from a distance. Nowbody was able to see him...he was watching ontop of a buildimg with his arms crossed. He gave a 'hmm'. His son was talking to his 'friend'. 'If those two were to have a child it would make their quirk powerful.' He had just thought about it. "Shoto, you are growing and experiencing love..." He then grew sour at thw fact that Shoto was in love All-Mights daughter. "I will give her that she is powerful..." He then thought about the fact that she tied with Shoto in The Sports Festival. Then he saw the two were getting up and began walking away from the cafè. He then begins following them stealthily.

Todoroki felt his body shiver. Being so close to Oichi made his heart race at incredible speeds. He then wanted to reach out and hold her hand. Then he felt something grab his hand. He looked to see her hand wrapped in his. Oichi smiled sweetly. "If you wanted to hold hands you couldve have just asked..." She said this in her usual kind voice. They then walk towards the park. "Hey lets go onto the rokf of the watchtower..." Oichi suggests. Todoroki nods. They then enter the watchtower. The climb up the stairs. When they reaches the top there was many room to move around and could fit atleast 100 people there. Shoto and Oichi then walk towards the ledge an look over it. "Wow it sure is pretty up here...it smells nice too..." Shoto couldnt help but smile. For the first time in his life he felt as though he was actually having fun. "Dance with me Shoto..." Oichi wraps one arm around his shoulder and takes his other hand. He felt hismelf grow warm at her gentle and warm touch. "Okay then..." They begin to move at a slow pace. "Oichi...?" Oichi then looked uo to him. "Yes..?" Shoto hesitated. "I was wondering...have you ever thought about the future...?" Oichi kept dancing and thought to herslef. "Sometimes...what I want my future to be...I want to be happy in my future and become a hero to make the world a better place." Shoto felt himself feel her words. Oichi looked at him in the eyes. "What do you want from the future.." Shoto then stared at her as they waltzed around the roof. "I want my future to be with you..." Oichi stared at him. They both blushed at one another. Shoto then lifted her onto the ledge and climbed up with her and waltzed on the ledge. Her dress blew in wind along with her long hair. "Dont be afraid of falling I will catch you..." They continued dancing. "...With me...?" Oichi asked as they both gor down from the ledge and continued dancing. Shoto blushed and spoke. "Yeah..." Then they stopped. "I wanted to give you this..." He then pulled a necklace out of his pocket. It had a S on it. Oichi took it gently. "Thank you..." Oichi said. Shoto then helped her put the object around her neck. They then continued their waltzing. "You are beautiful Oichi..." The sunset formed and rain clouds formed.

Amai sat and started on dinner. "Where is Oichi...?" Toshinori then replied. "She is out but she will be back...." Amai then turned back to the stove. "Well she needs to hurry because its about to start raining..." Ryu then rushes im the kitchen. "Mom dad you gotta see this!" Toshinori turned along with Amai and saw Sayaka struggling to stand on her two feet.
