It's the day of the banquet and Marinette is on her way to a cafe where she is meeting her future sister-in-law Adrienne. (They call her Anne for short)
Marinette's Pov I can't wait to see Adrienne I haven't seen her in years. I enter the cafe and there she is sitting in the corner with a cup of something in her hand. I walk in front of her and curtsy. Anne laughs and stands up and gives me hug. I ordered an ice tea and a blueberry muffin.
We talk and then suddenly Adrienne stares deeply into my eyes and has a sweet smile on her face "Mark you are going to be my sister soon and I would be honoured if you would be my maid of honour". I smiled and reply with a "yes". Adrienne showed me pictures of what my dress would be like and her dress and everything. "Oh Anne I can't wait, oh shoot I better get the girls I'll see you for dinner later right" "Yes yes I will be there". We waved goodbye. When I arrived back at the hotel Chloe and Alya were waiting outside for me and I actually had the nerve to day "Get in losers we're going shopping". They just laughed so did I.
We headed up to the Palace we made our way up to the dressing room to get our outfits and to get our hair and makeup done.
