Chapter 2

ALISONS P.O.V

"Lauren...are you okay?" I ask the most obvious question.

"Does it look like it?" She says pointing to her ruined mascara.

"Hey, don't worry. Well you should but you-" I get cut off.

"God you're bad at comforting someone." I turn around and see Sam standing behind us.

"Well then" I say but I do agree.

"Lauren don't worry about him, he was a 2 faced player and you don't need him in your life" Sam says before smirking at me.

"I know, it's just I really liked him and I thought he really liked me." Lauren says grabbing a tissue out of her bag.

"Well he obviously didn't like you that mu-" once again. Cut off.

"Alison, shut up. Like I said you're not very good at comforting people" Sam says with a little laugh making Lauren giggle a little.

"Hey that's the smile we want" Sam says looking at Lauren.

"Come on Lauren just forget about him and we can move on from this" I say hoping I said the right thing.

"Ok ok, thanks guys" She says wiping her tears away.

"I should probably do my makeup again" She says.

"Yeah you look like a train wreck" I say laughing making her laugh.

"Okay guys well I need to go meet up with my girlfriend Olivia" Sam says waving.

"Wait when am I gonna meet this girlfriend of yours?" I ask.

"Hopefully tonight at the party" Sam says walking away.

"There's a party tonight?" I ask looking at Lauren.

"Oh yeah it's at Sams house, everybody will be there. You and Matt have to come" she says pouting.

"Yeah sure I'll tell him about it on the way home" I say.

The bell rings and Lauren and I rush to our next class.

I run to the English class splitting up from Lauren since we aren't in the same class this time.

I walk in to see Jack J.

"Thank god I'm in the same classroom with someone I know!" I say way to loud getting everybody's attention.

"Oops" I say causing a little smirk from Jack J.

"Find your seat Miss Espinosa" the teacher says and I walk over to sit next to Jack.

"Hey" I whisper sitting down.

"Hey is Lauren okay?" He asks straight away.

"Yeah, you must care a lot about her?" I say not really asking.

"Well you know how I said I have my eye on somebody this morning, it's Lauren. I've liked her for a while now." Jack says blushing.

"Aw really, you know I bet she likes you too. The way you were comforting her before was really sweet" I say.

"Johnson, Espinosa. Stop talking this is class time." The teacher snaps and I know I'm already on her bad side.

Two hours later the bell finally rings letting us go home.

I run to the meet up place that Matt and I said we would go after school. I go there to see Matt and Jack G.

"Hey Alison" Matt says.

"Hey" I say out of breath because I just ran to the other side of the school.

"I just told Matt about the party, you guys need to come" Jack says smiling, he's obviously forgotten about Madison already.
