𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯 | 𝘯𝘶𝘦𝘷𝘦

As the two boys made their way towards the Saturn exhibit, each boy grew nervous about how the other might react. The emotions and nervousness were as high as the day Jack asked Corbyn out. "Hey come on, you okay," Corbyn said while poking Jack in his arm, making him aware that he blanked out.

"I still can't believe you can see saturn from earth and I've never seen it yet" Corbyn spoke again as the two let silence fall around them. Running his fingers through his hair, his eyes darted around the facts of Saturn before falling on Jack, again. His free hand running over his back pocket, clearing his throat quietly. "Well were pretty much done here so wanna start on the gifts" Jack added in showing his excitement.

"Wait here's a couple facts we haven't read yet" Corbyn said clearly distracting because of his nervousness. "Did you know saturn isn't a solid surface" He adds in while rubbing the back of his neck. "Yes" Jack said with a quick pause, shortly followed with "everyone knows that loser, now come on let's finish the facts so we could give the gifts, I want you to see mine" He said while flashing a quick smile.

The rest of the time was spent walking around enjoying the many figures of saturn which gave in depth descriptions about every detail, moon and ring of saturn's. "This, by far was the most interesting exhibit of all" Jack said while his fingers grazed the saturn scale model. After building up some confidence, Corbyn spoke sweetly letting the words "You ready" roll off his tongue. "Ready as i'll ever be" Jack said. While holding Jack's hand, Corbyn led him to the middle of the room where they would give eachother gifts they'd remember for lifetimes to come.

Standing in the middle of the room, the two stood there waiting for one to claim the spot of going first. After a few non-awkward seconds Jack's mouth opened to reveal the words "Can I go first". "Oh yes please" Corbyn said as he watched Jack reach into his back pocket, to grab a paper which was folded into a tiny piece. "You can open it" Jack said smiling as the lights reflected off of his nose ring which caused a small giggle to leave Corbyns mouth.

The blonde boy carefully opened up the small paper, making sure to not rip any pieces. The words on top of the of the paper read "Let it be known to all that the star located at RA 88.4027583 and declination 36.1304028 is named in honor of Corbyn Matthew Besson" A small but excited "No way" managed to escape Corbyns lips as he scanned over the paper to find the location of the star. Jack out his hands on Corbyns shoulders and said "You have your own star" which caused Corbyn to quickly look up at him and happily reply "Babe what? how, when, why did you do this for me. I don't deserve this". Jack's eyes gave a concerned looks which was followed by "Yes you do! If I could buy you every star known to man I would because you of all, deserve it. You're so wonderful to me and i'm so lucky".

Corbyn passionately kissed Jack's lips to thank him one more time before giving him his gift. "Jack you've given me so much happiness throughout the years, I'm so lucky to have you as my partner, my person. When Im with you every fear I have goes away. You make me feel like the luckiest guy ever" Corbyn said as he dropped on one knee with a silver box in his hand. "So Jack Robert Avery, will you marry me" He continued while opening the small box to unveil a silver band. "What are you for real" Jack said jumping into Corbyn's arms.

"Of course I will are you crazy?" At this point in time the two boys stood in the middle of the floor kissing and hugging as everyone else in the exhibit clapped and congratulated them. "How long have you been planning this" Jack said admiring the way the new ring looked on his finger. "What can I say, I'm a sneaky guy". The two boys laughed as they hugged eachother and walked out of the room which will be closing soon. "Swear you'll love me forever?" jack said as they walked outside to their car. "I swear on Saturn" corbyn replied.

The pair sat in their shared silver car and were about to pull out until Corbyn quickly put the car in park and said "I almost forgot one thing". He quickly unbuckled himself and made his way to the trunk of the car. Shortly after he slowly walked back to his seat with his hands behind his back and quickly separated them to reveal two small stuffed animals in the shape of saturn and jupiter. "Our two planets" Jack said and he reached for the saturn plushie. "Yes. Our two planets" Corbyn said as he restarted the car and pulled out of the parking lot of the observatory.
