Chapter 17

"What is wrong Hyung?"Jungkook started.
"I need you guys to listen to me"Suho said.The couple looked at each with uncertainty.
"Jungkook , you are anemic"Suho said looking down.The couple gasped.
"Since you have blood shortage  it will be difficult for you to survive the cessation"Suho said with pain in eyes.
"But Hyung do didn't say anything the  ...last time ...we were here"Jungkook stutted.
"At that time everything was well.I don't know what went wrong.I think it was when the babies started developing ."Suho said.
"Is there anything we can do?"Taehyung asked with glossy eyes.
"I can give him some blood supplements and vitamins.You will have to monitor his diet.If there is an improvement in these last too months then everything will go well.If there is no change Jungkook might die but the babies will survive."Suho said with a heavy heart .Jungkook couldn't say anything and just went out of the room.Taehyung was given Jungkook's medication and then followed after him.Jungkook was already in the car.The whole ride home was dead silent.Many thoughts were running around in Jungkook's mind.Was he going to leave his babies without a mother?.Was he going to die without holding his  babies.?What was Taehyung going to do with the kids without him?He felt sorry for his husband and his to be born babies.Before he knew it tears were already running down his face.Taehyung immediately pulled the car over.Jungkook started crying like a baby "Hyung I don't wanna leave my babies.What do do Hyung?"Jungkook said between sobs.Taehyung put him in a tight hug and said."We will fight this Jungkook.I need you .Our to be born babies need you.You have to fight for us.Jungkook what would i do with the kids without you.They will always remind  remind me of you every single time"Taehyung said tears running down his face .
"Hyung let's fight this , I wanna see my kids grow up and have kids of their own.So I can't die."Jungkook said as he was wiping tears off his face .Taehyung smiled at him and then kissed him.They  decided not to say anything to anyone even their parents.

Jungkook didn't want to eat spinach so he was sulking.
"Jungkook please stop being stubborn for crying out loud"Taehyung snapped and Jungkook flinched.
"I'm sorry Jungkook I didn't mean to snap at you but no matter how weird it tastes you have to eat it.If not for yourself think about our babies"Taehyung said with a sad tone.Jungkook nodded and ended up eating a lot of it.
"Let's play a game"Taehyung started .
"What game ?"Jungkook asked.
"For every bitter herb you eat you will get a reward"Taehyung said with a smile .
"Well it depends on the reward which i would be getting"Jungkook said sasily.
"How about a kiss on the lips?"Taehyung suggested.
"Okay I'm in "Jungkook said.
"Jungkook was putting on a lot of effort to help with his anemia .The rest was left to fate.Taehyung sent people all over the world to search for medical herds that would help Jungkook.Their parents came over with the baby stuff that they had bought.The four of them personally decorated their to be born grand kids's room.The couple didn't say anything to their parents because they didn't want them to worry.Taehyung really thought that life was unfair.God had given them only 2 months to choose whether Jungkook lives or dies.Sometimes Jungkook thought that it was his fate to give birth and then die.He didn't want to live for himself.He wanted to do it for his husband and their kids.Jungkook never stopped taking his medication.Taehyung had also hired a dietician.He thought that he will have to try everything so that he wouldn't have any regrets in the future.He had stopped going to work.Jungkook had shown some improvement after a month.He had evidently gained a few pounds.Only a month was left.Taehyung couldn't deal with the pain alone so he later told their parents and their friends.Jungkook called him a bablermouth because of that.Their parents moved into their house for a while.Their friends gave them emotional support.Jungkook was having a hard time dealing with his mother's bitter positions.Jungkook started having contractions.He could say that they hurt 3 times more than when the babies were kicking.He had contractions for a week straight before his water broke.Everyone went to the hospital with him.This time the father wasn't allowed to be in the operation theater.This made Taehyung even more nervous.Everyone was waiting nervously in the hallway near the OP.Two hours into the operation two baby cries were heard but Taehyung was still frozen.He was waiting for his bunny.After the surgery Jungkook's vitals became unstable making a beeping sound echo in the hallway.Taehyung 's heart  sank and he ran to his Bunny.Jungkook's  vitals kept on dropping."We are loosing him the nurse said.No no Jungkook was not leaving him .He promised.The nurses were trying to get Taehyung out of the room but he wasn't having it.
"Jungkook ..please don't go.Please don't leave me.Jungkook our babies need you"Taehyung screamed on top of his  voice.Everyone looked at him in sorrow.Jungkook's  vitals had already dropped .They tired to put pressure on his chest but it was of no use.Taehyung had to do it himself.He kept pressing on Jungkook.Everyone thought that he was going to lose consciousness at this point but no one tried to stop him.He was going to fight the heavens to get his Kookie .He even gave him mouth to mouth resuscitation.After four minutes ,Jungkook 's  vitals unexpectedly came back.It seemed like everything had started breathing again.The doctor who had been waiting to pronounce the time of death was beyond shocked.It was a miracle in his eyes.Every one later  realized that they had all been crying.When Taehyung had seen that his Bunny was back he collapsed.He was rushed to the ER.Jungkook was breathing but he wasn't awake.The doctor that blood transfusion was needed quickly.Everyone was tested to see if they were a match.Fortunate enough Suga was a match and he quickly did what was needed.
