Leonards POV
Today is the day. For years I've been waiting. Today is the day I make my move on Vanya. Vanya Hargreeves. The ordinary one of the group. Or was ordinary. I was recently stalking i mean watching one of the members of the umbrella academy, the druggie Klaus. He was in a rush and threw some things in the trash can by his house. Anything thrown away by the Hargreeves is important and it was my lucky day. I walked over to the trash can and saw what he threw. It was a red book it looked important. I opened it and what a surprise!! I tell you. It was so many notes on each member of the umbrella academy but what caught me was the name Vanya. She was ordinary I though why take notes on her she's not worth anything. Oh boy I was wrong. I started flipping threw the pages only to find out she's not so ordinary. She actually has powers the strongest out of every member. Why would her father hide such a important gift. I feel her pain. All my life I've been neglected and mistreated. Were so perfect for each other. I made my way to her apartment. NO. Its not creepy lets say im taking some violin lessons from her. Her lessons take place at her apartment so I have to go there. I got to her apartment and knocked on the door. "I DON'T HAVE YOUR CAT" is all I heard. I laughed. I don't have a cat I knocked again. I heard footsteps coming. The door clicked and opened. "I dont-oh sorry" she said. Wow i cant belive it Vanya Hargreeevs is standing right in front of my face.
Vanyas POV
I opened the door to see a man standing there. I let him in. "Sorry i totally forgot I had a appointment. I have just been so busy" I said to the man. "No its okay its fine" he said. I was organizing some papers and I turned to him. I stared at him. "Yeah sorry I don't look like your other students" he said to me. "No its fine Im just not used to it." I replied. "Im Leonard" he said to me and gestured a handshake. I accepted the handshake and we began our lessons. He was lets say terrible. He was horrible but practice makes perfect. We finished our lessons. "How was I?" He said to me. "Uh..." I started. "Bad I know" he Said. "Uh no well practice is all it takes" I said to him. He smiled and nodded. He took the violin off the chair and started playing it. "Oh uh" I said and gently took it from him and placed it down. "Yeah we'll work on that" I said. We both laughed. He got his jacket on and headed for the door. He stopped and turned to me and said "You know I own a woodshop a couple blocks down from here...uh maybe this weekend you could come check it out." He said. Wait. Was he asking me on a date. Umm i dont know im not sure. "Um..Im busy this weekend so." I started. "Oh yeah I understand but you should come check it out one day" he said. "Yeah...ok" I replied. "Yeah just come check it out" he said one last time and walked away. I closed my door. That was a close one. Im so awkward when it comes to a relationship. Ugh men. Such work to deal with.
Sorry this is a crappy chapter. But i hoped you at least enjoyed it. Im slowly building the relationship with Leonard and Vanya. If he wasn't a villian they would have made a cute couple
