So, just a little information on me and what I'm trying to do:As of now I am 13 years old and 5 feet 3 inches tall. I weigh 93 pounds and have a BMI of 16.7. Through fasting and restricting my calorie intake, by the end of March I hope to be at least 87 pounds.
Why am I Doing This?
This is all in preparation for summer. With summer break right around the corner losing weight is becoming a major priority for me. Looking good in a swim suit isn't the only reason though, I've always felt insecure about my body. From my stomach to the fat on my thighs I wish to be slimmer.
My Goals:
By March 31: 87 lbs or lower-
By April 25: 79 lbs or lower-
By May 30 (Last day of School): 75 lbs or lower-By May if I reach 75 lbs my next goal will be to maintain that weight. I will try posting entries everyday until then.
