Dabi and Toga were both called to the Villains Head Quarters They hadn't met yet and were clueless to what could happen.
Dabi:What is this place some sort of prison?
Toga:It's Villains HQ silly
Dabi:And who are you
Toga:I'm toga
Dabi:I'm Dabi
As Dabi walks away from toga he somehow feels his heart race and is weirded out by this strange affect and wonders "What's happening to me" But he's to busy to worry about that now
As the meeting finishes up he walks out until toga stops him right in his tracks and he listens to what she says which is weird because he usually tells people to Fuck off.
Toga:Hey! Dabi wait up!
Dabi:You look like a mess but what is it?
Toga:W...Wanna become *pant* Friends?
Dabi:I work alone but for today I'll accept your offer
Toga:Great *she hugs Dabi which takes him by surprise*
Dabi: I've never been hugged before and for some reason I like being hugged by this girl.
Toga:See you around !
And just like that she leaves Dabi breathless and shocked by this feeling maybe he should try to not be so Thirsty Plus he has a thing for deku so he should atleast try to manage his feelings for toga now. Before the get out of hand......
But for some reason she never left his mind...
