With the first day of college, I thought everything would change, everything would be different.

See, seriously I'm not one of those students who get embarrassingly crappy marks at high school and think of college as a new opportunity. I don't give a flying fuck about marks. Nobody asks your marks once you're past highschool.

But just with college I thought everyone would be minding their own business and I could finally do whatever the fuck I want. I thought I had left all those sleepless nights, mornings which mainly comprised of handling my hungover father and everything about the past.

I thought it was a new begging. The start of something new.

But when does shit happen the way it is supposed to?

I do not even feel like describing my first day because it was - not like usual but - boring. Very boring.

First day of college mainly comprised of filling out forms, crappy first impressions and people trying to fall in love at first sight.

And yeah, seniors bullying juniors. I thought this shit only happened in highschool.

If only my father didn't suck at being a father, he would have bought me an apartment to live in. But - and I shall rephrase my sentence here- "when does shit happen the way it is supposed to?" I have to live in a frat house among some groupies.

'Can this get any worse?'

I thought as I climbed up the stairs leading to the roof of the house. A rich bastard was throwing a party downstairs. Way to make new friends, man. But surely not me cause the music is giving me a headache.

College parties are where shit starts from and I need to stay as far way from shit as possible.

I reached the roof and walked towards the ledge, my eyes unable to see anything in the dark of the night. It was so peaceful. I watched as the beams of light from the moon and the street lights mixed with the light from the party and created a weird yet enthralling scene.

A few minutes passed as I just sat there, letting my mind drift off to in significa mt things.

Then I heard the roof door being opened and someone whistling. Fucking great.

The guy came near the ledge in the far corner and started pissing while whistling. I couldn't see him properly because it was very dark.

After he was done with his business, he started walking towards where I was. He better not start a conversation, I thought.

When he was near enough, that's when I could finally see his face.

"Hey!" He said. I could tell by his voice that he was drunk. Ugh, can I just get a few hours alone? Choosing not to reply, I stayed quite.

"Hey! I'm Louis!" He slurred, overly excited.

I stayed quite, still.

Reaching out his hand, he said 'hey' again and that's when I finally glared at him.

"Don't worry, I use my left hand" he laughed and reached out his hand even further causing me to take a few steps back.

"Well, looks like you use your mouth" I spat while glaring at him.

"Oh! Sarcasm! I dying art, I see. Where did you learn it from? Mean Girls? Pretty Little Liars?" He said and laughed, clutching his stomach. He was becoming more annoying by the second. Leo, Lewis, whatever he was.

"Fuck off" I growled, clenching my fists at my sides.

"Your vocabulary is very limited, I see. Your parents should have smacked you with a dictionary" he laughed again.

He was crossing the bloody line. I needed to shut him up before I broke his nose.

"Okay fine. I'm Harry" I said, defeated. He was sassier.

"Finally! Don't you get tired of being the rude guy? And what are you doing up here?" He asked, satisfied that he won.

I decided to stay quite again. My headache was growing.

"Come on dude. Come downstairs," he probed.

"Leave me the fuck alone," frustration was taking over me. I don't think friendship has ever done good to anyone. Not to me, anyway. I stopped my mind from wandering off to think about them.

"Oh! You can't drink, huh? Such a pussy," he laughed again. I just don't understand, what the fuck is so funny?

"I'm just going so that you leave my fucking tail and mind your own damn business." I said and started walking towards the door without waiting for him. He followed behind.

As we were going down, the music became louder and louder, the bass bouncing off the walls and thrumming the floor. People and red cups were all over the place, horny teenagers grinding and humping each other.

Me and leo headed straight to the long table where all the drinks were kept. I won't lie, I don't drink. I just think drinking is of no use and seeing the condition of my father.....

Well I won't go there. Yeah, I don't drink but ego is a bitch.

"Go on," leo said nudging my arm and earning a glare from me.

I checked out all the large cups which were stacked and chose the one with the least amount of alcohol. I eyed the cup again and again, avoiding to drink the crap.

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw someone come beside me. I turned my head and saw a very pale person. Girl or boy, I couldn't tell. I saw them reach out their hand to a cup. After seeing the hand, that's when I could finally tell.

It was a girl.

She had kind of a tomboy thing going on for her. She wore black jeans and a denim shirt. Black, boy-cut hair on top of her head. She was unbelievably pale. Likes like she just stood up from sleeping on an ice bed.

But what shocked me the most was the way she was drinking. She gulped down the huge cup within seconds, reaching out for another cup. It was as if she was drinking water, not alcohol. She gulped down a total of four glasses.

I looked at leo and he was shocked too. Then slowly, he averted his eyes to me and his expression changed from shocked to mocking in a matter of seconds.

"Fuck off, leo!" I growled while he kept laughing.

"It's Louis" he said, throwing his head back and he walked away while he still laughed and my mind was partially concentrated on how bad i am at remembering names and how this girl was drinking unbelievably.

I should say, it's my fault. I turned around rather sharply and crashed head on with the boyish girl, causing her to spill her fifth cup of crap on my shirt. The alcohol started soaking on my t-shirt. Good thing I wore black. I looked up to her and she had a blank expression. She looked oddly familiar.

"Sorry, Harry" she said and her voice went straight to the pit of my stomach.

Hey lovelies!!! I tried to make it funny, I'm sorry if it wasn't. I really hope you like it. Please vote and comment!
