"What are we doing here again? It's so boring here!" Codex exclaimed as she wiped the sweat off her forehead. "Stop being such a baby..." Code replied. He seems to be bored as well but unlike Codex, Code has patience. "Yo! Boss, can I like go back the base?" She asked with those puppy dog eyes. I blushed slightly and scoffed to hide my embarrassment. "No, also stop making that face it's not going to work. We're here to look for more people, so far we only have Outer, Blue, and Ink possibly" I explained glaring at Code as he snickered. I blushed at this too. Curse bisexual hormones! "Code! Stop puffing you're smoke at my face it's disgusting!" Codex complained. I chuckled a little at how twins annoy each other.

I then felt as if something was pulling my tail. I growled and quickly turned around only to be faced by... Cross was it? He looked slightly frightened at how fast I reacted. Then I saw a glimmer in his eye sockets. "Hehe, sorry I wanted to see if they're real" he said obviously embarrassed. "Gang I found another candidate~" I announced as I watch his face turn to confusion. Until he was hit by a tranquilizer dart. Damn I gotta ask how Codex's aim is so good, seriously she's literally 10 steps away from him. I sighed as I stared at Code as a sign to pick him up, and he did with his scarf's hands believe me even I don't know what that thing is. I think he called it a soul-item. You know, the soul that tends to form on random items. I heard they were rare nowadays. God I sound like a grand pa with using the 'nowadays' word (Don't see you're point but ok.) I shook my head and opened up a portal to our 'base' I said that I quote because, well it's where we live (isn't that normal?) "Put him in the cell, I bet Blue will enjoy the company" I said with a sinister grin. Code nodded walking away while Codex going the other direction to her lab.

Surprise surprise a short chapter, sorry I had writers block. Also quick question should I tell you how they look like and draw them? My drawing is ugly, but it's you're choice really.
