I will tell you a tale from my time. The time I spent in the shadows. The time I watched. The time I roamed the earth. Now I'm gone and stolen. This is what I learned from other people. This is what I saw.
Note: There was a boy and a man. Who made a deal and failed.
The boys name your asking. I never knew. But I'm pretty sure it was the name of Riley. Since that is what they called as a nickname. Not his real name but a name to call him for that word fun.
I never experienced fun. I never was never happy. And I regret that. But I did have fun in other ways. Watching learning and stealing. That is what I did for fun. But I soon realized it was not fun. But yet a thing to teach so people will know.
Now you will learn what I have stolen.
The boy nicknamed Riley. Was about 13. At the time. He did not know that he was going to only be 13. But as a regular 13 year old he did what he had to to have what they call fun.
Him and his friends. They were at a mall. After dark.
Of course you know and I hope you know not to go break into a mall after dark. Unfortunately that's what the boy and his gang did.
What they were doing you ask. They were stealing certain things from the store.
Note:The boy didn't want to break into the mall. But he was looking for fun. And if he didn't do it his friends would think he is a coward.
The boy and his gang. First headed over to a store that was named "Game Stop". You might have heard of this store. Yet it is popular. There are millions of people in this world who shop there for video games.
The boy took the game that he always wanted "Zombie layer two". You might not have heard of it. And there is a reason for that. There is a reason for everything.
Note: The video game called "Zombie Layer Two", was in fact not real. Yet it was a game of a young teenage boy's imagination. Though he did not know it was a fake game. And it was very real to him. Which was why he picked it up. And Stole it.
All of the sudden the alarm went off. The gang was trapped. The band of teenage boys didn't have to say a word all they had to do was run.
The boy tugged on the game. He ran with all his might out the doors. Were the cops were waiting for them.
The cops handcuffed every single boy in the gang. Which there was exactly 5.
"You have the right to remain silent." Said the cop.
He pushed the boys in the car.
"You have the right to shut up" said the boy.
The cop punched the boy hard in the face. The boy was flooding out the water that came from his mud brown eyes.
The cop for some reason didn't take the game from him. If you are paying attention you'd know it's because it is the boy's imagination.
"Who's idea was this again?" said his friend who was sitting next to him. I believe his friends name was Ed.
"Tony's." said his other friend who was moaning behind him. That one I do not know his name.
"I told y'all to shut up." said the cop.
When they all got to the police stationery parents were supposed to be waiting for them. Till then they were trapped in a prison cell number 12M.
Note: There parents would never come. Once again it was the boy's imagination that they would. Even if the cop said they would. And what the cop said wasn't his imagination.
2 hours later...........
It was ten minutes till midnight. There parents of course did not come and the boy's were left in the dark.
None of the boy's parents showed up. It was midnight. They were left in the dark. The walls were now charcoal black. The air was getting cold. No coats for the boy's. Meaning no warmth. The lights flickered off. All of the sudden a severe thunderstorm came.
The winds were howlinging as they hit the Windows. The loud boom of thunder scared the boy's. The lightning was so bright it can replace the lights that once been on.
"Go to sleep." Said the nicknamed boy Riley.
Note:Little did the know that they couldn't fall asleep. Based on someone or something was coming very soon. A hint there cell num. is 12m.
It was one minute till midnight. Everyone was wide awake from the storm. Then the clocked ticked it was midnight. The winds howled so hard they crashed the Windows open. The rain was hitting the boy's faces.
He came. The man who was planning to come. But the boy's did not know about it. He had a pale white face. But there was nothing where his eyes should be. He was tall yet bony. He had no feet but can walk. He was wearing a tux.
"Well...Well....We'll. Are you the thieves that broke into the mall? Tell the truth or die." said the creepy man wearing a creepy voice.
The boys were scared and didn't know what to say.
"What happens if we tell the truth?" Asked Riley.
"I will spare your life as a slave."
"What if we lie?"
"Then you die."
"What if we're not the theives?"
"Your free."
The boys wanted to be free. So they simply said.
"We are not the thieves. You must be looking for some other people." They all said.
"Good you are free to go." He said. "But here's the deal. If your really not the thieves help me look for them. If you are your going to suffer. Deal?"
The boys wanted to live. But Riley wanted to live the most.
"Wait. I'm one of the thieves." Said Brian.
"Then you will be a slave for one hundred years. Anyone else?"
All the other boys fessed up. Except for Riley.
"I'm not a thief." He lied.
Note: Riley was lying. He made the deal and was set free.
The next morning his parents never picked him up. So he found his way through the tiny window. Were there was supposed to be ground since this was the first floor. But he didn't touch grass but air. He fell hundreds of feet. And died.
It was the man who cursed the ground because he knew he was lying. And the other boys earned there freedom for telling the truth. Now you know NEVER TELL A LIE. Maybe you will end up like Riley.
