Today was the day that I was supposed to be teaching Kirkland's class and I had asked the girls to show up that because I knew that Kirkland's class was too big for me to teach one. I planned on teaching the girls the dance first then they could teach small section of Kirkland's group but only sanny and Asia showed up. I wanted Mosey and the guys here but they couldn't make it because they had songs to record. I was kind of bummed that mo wasn't here..mostly because I didn't feel like driving and he would have been my ride but then I figured that Asia or sanny could drive me home so I took an Uber here.

Sanny: "we can't wait for her or class won't start on time"

"Alright" I said as I shrugged my shoulders

I taught the girls the dance then started teaching the entire group all together. Since sanny and Asia had the dance down packed I let them go on to help smaller sections of students who didn't quite understand.

We practiced for what seemed like hours. I decided to use the last 10 minutes of class to go over the dance once more and the end result was amazing.

"OKAY ONE LAST TIME FROM THE TOP!" I yelled and watched everyone get into postition

"That was awesome! You guys did great!" I semi yelled and clapped my hands

Once class was over we all hit the locker room to change out of our sweaty clothes.

At the rate we were moving we ended up being the only people still left in the building besides the janitors

"You mind driving me home? I took a Uber here" I said

Sanny was about to say something until the door swung open revealing cam who immediately charged at Asia

"We ain't finna do this in here! Wait till we get outside!" I said as I stood in front of Asia

Cam: "fine! Meet me outside bitch!" She yelled as she stormed out

Sanny: "what the fuck was that about?!"

Asia: "I don't know..I didn't do shit to her!"

Once We finished fixing ourselves and I informed Jorge the janitor that we were leaving now so he could lock up when we left the building

As we walked to the parking lot I put my hair in a bun and made sure my sneakers was laced tightly. I noticed that sanny and Asia still had their hair in a low ponytail. That's when it occurred to me that they didn't think like me and that they weren't expecting anything to happen.

"Rule#10: Friends are like guns; they're a great weapon to have especially when they're on your side just beware if they slip into the wrong hands..especially if you've given them the ammo" My heart was racing as I recited one of the gang codes

Sanny: "What does that even mean?"

"It's a bandkid saying. It basically means that your friends are your weapons but be careful because they can always be Easily turned against you"

Sanny: "oooh..that's some deep shit"

Asia: "is that why you and the guys are so close...we'll except for Royce" she said with laughter

"Yeah. Back then they were my only friends and even though Royce is irritating as fuck I'd take a bullet for his stupid ass...I'd defend all them niggas with my life if I had too." I said truthfully
