pretty much it's this au where hydra ( the one of that universe, anyways ) captures everybody who's counterparts are superheroes and whatnot . and they brainwash them and all of that stuff, and it's called...

so they're divided into 3 sections, but it's mostly gonna focus into 2– the agents and the elites.
the agents are a select 50 or so, but after so many missions, and so many lives taken and some moving on to become elites, there's only 10 or so left ( these are probably gonna be some mcu characters). they have state names for their code names, and have gadgets that relate to their character and what the person that wants to take them decided they should have ( ex: i can see peter being some sort of widowmaker type )
and then the elites are the best of the best. their code names are made up by them, and by that point they have both gadgets and powers ( genetically modified to have them). in short, they're pretty much the avengers. were, at least. one of them discovered this thing called the motherboard, where everybody is pretty much monitored and all of that. so they saw their real names and how they were captured and their counterparts and all of that. so now they're in hiding, and they're trying to figure out how to reverse the brainwashing for everybody else at mass. but of course, they still sometimes check up with some of the agents —
