the KILLING cure

the five stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance are the framework that makes up our learning to live with the one we lost. they are tools that help us identify what we may be feeling. everyone experiences grief differently. some may go through the steps in a different order, others may take more time on a certain stage than the another. but, in the end, we must all come to the last stage: acceptance. we must accept that we lost a loved one, and we must move on from there.
