Chapter 5

Chanyeol:

"Thank you for the sushi Yeol! Why'd you bring it so suddenly?? Did you two get into another argument? Hmm?" His mom tilts her head at me smiling curiously.

"Do we have to get into an argument for me to bring you guys something good to eat and something nice to watch?" I do the same gesture back to her.

"Well." She looks at Sehun and I "I mean, Yeah." She starts laughing causing the two of us to laugh with her.

She finishes her last california roll and stands up. "Well, I have to go run some errands. Do you guys want to come"

Sehun starts to talk. "Yea-" But I cut him off.

"I can't, I won't be staying long. I came to ask Sehun something. My sister is visiting so she wants to spend some time with me."

"YOUR SISTER'S HERE?!" They both jump and yell at me at the same exact time. It was kind of scary how alike they looked.

"Why didn't you tell me?? I've wanted to see her for so long!" Sehun continues.

"Okay, how about this." She taps on Sehun's shoulder. "You go over to his house and visit his sister, while I'm running my errands"

"Oh, well actually I had plans but I can wait until later. So let's go. Is that cool?" Sehun asks looking at me.

"Yeah of course. Let's go" I stand up ready to leave.

"Wait dude! I haven't finished!" Sehun yells.

"Okay hurry, My sister said she wants to see you too." I sit back down next to him.

"Okay, I'll be out boys." His mom grabs her purse and heads out, blowing us kisses.

I blow one back, then Sehun sticks his face in the way.

"So what'd you want to ask me?"

"Oh right. I was gonna ask if you wanted to come to the cafe with me and a few friends?"

He raises one eyebrow.

"When? And who is a few friends?"

"Like right now actually. I was supposed to be there at 3. HOLY CRAP I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE AT 3! What time is it?"

Sehun pulls his phone out. "5:30"

"Holy! Hold on." I pull my phone my phone out and call Baek.

Sehun:

"Holy! Hold on." He pulls his phone out and dials a number. He stands up and turns away from me.

"Yeah, okay" I pull my phone too. Might as well enjoy myself too.

I text Luhan. 'Hey, so is it okay if we hang out a little bit later after our already set time?'

He replies in an instant.

'Yeah sure. Is everything okay? :('

'Yes! Everything is fine i'm ju'

I stop typing because of what comes out of Chanyeol's mouth.

"Yeah, Baek. I'll be right there I promise."

I delete my original text and retype it. 'Y'know what. Can we meet right now?'

'Yeah! Sure! I'm still working but you know you can always sit at the bar and we can talk. You sure everything is okay??'

'I'm sure. I'll see you there'

Chanyeol hangs up the phone at the same time I send my last text.

"Alright so do you wanna come?" He turns around with a giant smile.

"I have plans" I say, rolling my eyes. I stand up and walk past him. "You promised you would be there right away, so get to it." I say opening the door gesturing for him to get out.
"Did I do something? I thought we were cool."

"Yeah. Me too. Now hurry up and get out. Baek is waiting for you. And I have plans." I say making sure he knows I meant what I was doing and saying.

"Umm. Okay." He walks out slowly and turns around once he's out. "I'll see you later?"

"I'll see your sister later" I give him a bright smile and slam the door.

Chanyeol:

"I'll see your sister later" he slams the door.

"What the heck did I do?" I say outloud to myself. Ugh. It doesn't matter, I did promise Baek I'll be there.

"Hey Yeol!" I hear Baek yell as soon as I open the door of the cafe. I look around to find him until I see him waving. I feel my heart drop when I see him sitting in a booth. On one side, sitting with his arm wrapped around a super pretty girl.

I shake it off and smile at him. "Hey!" I walk towards them and sit on the other side. "Sorry for being so late!" I laugh.

"Oh no it's okay!" Baek smiles. "This is Taeyeon."

"Hi Taeyeon." I give her a smile. Hoping that it doesn't look fake. "I'm Chanyeol!" I stick my hand out to shake hers.

She does the same and we shake hands. "Oh I know! Baek has told me so much about you" She giggles, and my heart does that drop thing again.

She's so pretty..

After shaking her hand I sit down. Baek hands me a menu.

"Go ahead. Order what you like"

I smile. "Thanks" Then I hide my face in between the menu. Hiding my pout.

I was trying not to cry when I hear the little bell on the door ring and a familiar voice say "Hey your here!"

Where have I heard that voice?

"Hey Luhan! Is my seat warm?" Then there it was. Not only did remember who it was but the person he was greeting was Sehun.

I slam the menu on the table and turn to see Sehun heading towards the bar area being all smiley at Luhan and Luhan doing the same.

"Hey Yeol. You okay? Wasn't Sehun supposed to come with you?"

"Yes." Is all I manage to say.
