Personality: likes to troll and prankster a bit rude and crude but loyal, loving, tough and soft love, selfless, kinda brave, anxious sometimes, quiet at first but once she warms up to you you'll wished she can stay quiet, outgoing, motherly, VERY stubborn , cheesy and sweet also a goofball sometimes.
Backstory: her parents divorced when she is four but after that her mother went missing and still missing years later. (Sorry just trying to make it short and sweet)

Quirk Name: Dry ice
Quirk Type: chemical extreme coldness.
Quirk Description: Dry ice is the solid form of carbon dioxide. It is used primarily as a cooling agent. Its advantages include lower temperature than that of water ice and not leaving any residue. It is useful for preserving frozen foods where mechanical cooling is unavailable. What happens when it gets into contact of skin?:
Dry Ice temperature is extremely cold at -109.3°F or -78.5°C. Always handle Dry Ice with care and wear protective cloth or leather gloves whenever touching it. An oven mitt or towel will work. If touched briefly it is harmless, but prolonged contact with the skin will freeze cells and cause injury similar to a burn.
When her ice 'melts' it turns into gas, not water.Like she manipulated carbon dioxide in the wind and can either freeze it into a weaponous and burning gas causing very painful agonizing pain leaving blisters when she use her quirk. More like a freezer burn. The telekinesis part, it only helps her ice to move and float. She do not use it to lift things up like your average telekinesis usually do. It helps her create weapons like a ice sword from her arms or making many ice needles on her body etc.
However her range of freezing carbon dioxide in the air is at least 2 meters from her body.

Strength(s):being in a cold place or near or in water.
Weakness(es): the dry ice can give her severe frostbite if she is not careful with it. She will have a few healed scars here and there on her arms but they are not too noticeable and they are old.
Drawback: if use too much of her quirk it can freeze her and make her too cold where she have to be warmed up quickly. Also it makes her joints in her arms and hands and maybe other places of her body if she use her quirk there this is called severe arthritis. This quirk is tricky.
