Chapter 1: the encounter

POV (Y/n) Junior's bar

As I enter the building, I noticed all of his hired thugs were eyeing me, to see if I start trouble. I then start making my way to the counter

(Y/n) *walks up to the counter* "hey there, names Kamina, I'm looking for some info, you have any to sell?"

Junior: *stares at me* "what type?" He asks, then starts cleaning a cup

(Y/n): *puts bag of Lien on the table* "I need info on the White Fang, any info you got"

Fredrick (on earpiece): "why not hang a sign on your head"

(Y/n) *quietly* "Shut... It..." I say that quietly so he doesn't hear me, yet he still looks at me weird

Junior: *takes the bag* "... There's a rally going on in the dock, maybe it's still going on, go take a look"

Just then the door gets blasted open as a blonde haired girl and a blue hair boy walk in

Blonde: *walks up to the counter* "hey there Jun, glad to see that the place got fixed"

Junior: "yeah, no thanks to you" he starts giving her the death glare while I try to walk away

Blonde: "aww, is the cutie leaving already?" She asks while I'm walking away

(Y/n): "I got all the info I need, he's all yours" I then start to continue walking out untill she starts talking again

Blonde: "then mind sticking around? I wanna ask you something."

(Y/n): "can't, I got an important meeting to get to" I then noticed her bracelets start to grow and cover her hands like gauntlets

Blonde: "I just wanna know... Why do you need info on the White Fang?" She asks as her eyes start to turn from lilac to red

(Y/n): *sigh* "long story short, I'm looking for someone, now if you'll exc-" before I can finish talking, she shoots at the door, causing the rest of it to fall off the hinges *presses earpiece to speak with the team* "any help?"

Fredrick: *types away quickly* "NOT GOOD! NOT GOOD! NOT GOOD! That's that 'yang' girl who helped take down that tourchwick guy a few weeks ago! You need to go, NOW!"

(Y/n): "is she really that scary?"

Elizabeth: "I'd say not to take a chance, and just hear her out."

(Y/n): "But I won't be able to get to the meeting."

Elizabeth: "better then you being in Jail!"

(Y/n): *sighing again to the earpiece* "... I hate you both, you know that?" *Then looks at the blonde and blue hair guy* "ok... What do you wanna know?"

The blonde then smiles as her gauntlets turn back into bracelets

Blonde: "nice, now, I just wanna ask what info you got from Jun over there" *points at Junior*

(Y/n): "not much, just something about a rally I was gonna head towards"

Blue hair: "a rally? You mean like for protest, or recruitment?"

(Y/n): "probably recruitment"

Just then, her scroll sounds off while Fredrick tries to get my attention.

Fredrick: "(Y/N)! BIG TROUBLE IN TOWN. A MECH HAS SHOWN UP FROM THE RALLY YOU WERE ABOUT TO HEAD FOR!"

(Y/n): "Son of a bitch!" I yell out "ok, where is it, I'll head over to it!" I say as I leave the building, the other 2 behind me a bit

Just then, the mech shows up chasing a girl and a guy who were jumping off of buildings while screaming 'HHHUUURRRRRRYYY!'

(Y/n): "... Nevermind, I saw it. Elizabeth, you know what to do!" *Starts running after it while enhancing my speed with the Blonde and blue hair guy close behind on her bike*

Elizabeth: "On it!" She then uses a grappling hook to jump from roof to roof

Fredrick: "wait, I'm coming too!"

(Y/n) " OH No you'r not!"

Elizabeth: "I say he is, so it's 2 to 1"

(Y/n): "son of a... Fine! But stick close to Elizabeth, ok?"

Fredrick: "Got it, bro!"

The mech chases the 2 people into the highway while we chased it, then some snow queen jumps in front of it freezing the floor making the mech and me trip and fall off the highway

(Y/n): *just before I tripped* "oh SHIT!" I then fall off with the mech, while my team starts snickering whole they are in their sniping spot. * Gets up and looks at mech angry* "VERY FUNNY, YOU PILE OF SCRAP METAL!" I then draw my sword and got into a fighting stance

Just then, the blonde and 3 other girls jump down next to me and get into a battle stance.

Tourchwick (in mech): "why hello there, Red. Mind introducing me to your new friend"?
