Eunbi saunters into the building so that she can rest in her room if she had it her way. She wouldn't sleep in the room but that was far too extreme. It's not even like Chaeyeon did anything per se. she's just the source of the issue without being the issue because Eunbi isn't mad at Chaeyeon by any means. Instead the problem lies with Eunbi and her feelings.
While digging her purse for her keys as she observed the hallways it was vacant considering the time. It's Sunday night, so the odds that Chaeyeon went out tonight is unlikely since she has class tomorrow. She's probably inside the room right now.
Bu when Eunbi turn the corner, she stops dead in her tracks when she sees Chaeyeon curled up on the ground right in front of the door. Upon getting a closer look, Eunbi sees that she's sleeping on the ground. In the middle of the hallway, what a messy and hopelessly puzzling day.
Eunbi silently creeps up to her before bending at the knees. The side of Chaeyeon head is resting on her arms and soft snores escape from her mouth that's slightly agape. Eunbi internally groans. Why does she have to look so cute when she's sleeping?
She obviously can't leave Chaeyeon out here overnight so she tentatively reaches out and places a hand on top of the smooth and warm skin of her cheek. Eunbi then runs her thumb repeatedly across her cheekbone while repeatedly whispering her name in attempt to wake her up gently. So much for trying to avoid her.
A few moments later, Chaeyeon's eyebrows furrows and she inhales a deep breath while stretching her long limbs out. Her eyelids flutter open groggily and she blinks rapidly to refocus her vision.
"Eunbi unnie?" she mumbles, voice low and raspy with sleep.
"What are you doing sleeping in the hallway?" the older girl asks, trying her best to ignore the racing of her heart. Sleepy Chaeyeon plus coming to terms with her feelings equals heart palpitation problems.
"Chaeyeon sits herelf up and rubs her eyes tiredly. "I, uhm. Didn't have my key."
"Eunbi knits her eyebrows. "How long have you been out here?"
"What time is it?"
"Like a little past eleven."
Chaeyeon takes a moment to think before she answers, "about 3 to 4 hours."
Eunbi' eyes widen in bewilderment. "what the hell? Why didn't you message me or something?"
Chaeyeon tears her eyes away and looks down at the carpet where her fingers absentmindedly pluck the material. Eunbi recognizes that one pf her ticks when she's in an uncomfortable situation. "Because I know you've been avoiding me all day and I didn't want to bother you even more," Chaeyeon mumbles sheepishly, eyes still focused on the carpet.
Well shit. Now Eunbi feels like absolute crap.
Eunbi looks around the empty hallway and sighs deeply. This isn't going to work. They're both suffering from this and the last thing that Eunbi wants to do is hurt or make things bad for Chaeyeon. So, she reaches out and takes hold of Chaeyeon's small hand to stop her from proceeding to rip up the entire carpet off of the ground. That brought her eyes back up to meet Eunbi's.
"Let's go inside," Eunbi nods her head towards the door. She stands up, pulling Chaeyeon along with her by the hand. "I think we need to talk."

Chaeyeon closes the door once she and Eunbi both make their way inside their dorm. She watches Eunbi crawl on top of her bed before wrapping the blanket snugly around her shoulders. God, she's so cute the way she always does that. Then Eunbi looks up at her and their eyes meet.
