"Y/N!"

"Y/N!"

The young girl's sleep was interrupted by the sudden loud voice of her mom,
Calling her name.

"Y/N! Come down and let's eat breakfast!"
Y/N groaned while rubbing her eyes.
Standing up, she dashed quickly to her mom downstairs.

"Y/N come here quickly! Food is getting cold!"

"Yes mom, I'm coming."
The little girl sighed as she reached the dining table.

"Mom are we having pancakes today?"
Y/N adjusted from the blurry sight and looked at down at her plate.

"Mom did you have dinner last night?"
She asked whilst looking at her mom who was washing her own plate.

"Eat first Y/N."

She sighed again,
"Okay mom."

Y/N did what she was told and ate the half-eaten pancake, left by her mom.

Well atleast she remembered to feed me...

"Mom? When will I start going to school?"
The question that remains unanswered popped in her mind, as she tried to ask her mom the samr question.

She heard her mom sigh, as the little girl started to get nervous.

"If you'll be a good girl I'll let you go to school."

Y/N's heart sunk.
The same answer as always.
She was expecting that it'll be the same answer she'll hear from her mom. But there was still a bit of hope left in her.

Well atleast I tried....

After finishing the food, she went straight to the sink and washed her plate, wiping it dry and clean.
Placing it in the cabinet, she wiped the table clean.

While doing her chores, she heard her mom making her way downstairs, but in a different outfit

"Mom where are you going?"
She said stopping what she wad doing.
"I'm going to work. Continue doing your chores and then you can do whatever you want. Just don't make a mess."
Her mom approached the door, opening it.

"And don't try to leave this place.
When I come back, I should see you sleeping in your room. Understood?"
She commanded the girl who stopped what she was doing.

"I'll come back late at night so don't wait for me."
And with that, she left.

"Okay mom."

Y/N sighed heavily and went back to her work.
