"Hana! Get your bag and bring it to your room!", Dad yelled from the car. I tear my gaze from our new house to my dad, "okay!", I replied back and walk to our car. I pick up my heavy bag from the trunk of the car. When I close the trunk, my eyes fall to the figure that stand at the balcony of the house, with his arm rest on the rail, he look like he scanning me. Being friendly, I am, I give him a smile, and wave at him.
He then stand up properly and walk inside. "mwoya? Shouldn't he wave at me back or at least smile back? Tsk."
"well, he doesn't look like Korean... maybe he's from US too. ", I gasped and smile crept on my face, this mean, I don't have to learn korean.
"dad!", I run to our new house with dragging my heavy back then drop it near the stairs. "dad! Dad! Dad!", this house is way to big than our house back in US, so I stay at near the stair and wait for my dad.
He appear from my left, which look like living room. "yes, sweetie? What's wrong?", he panted.
"ahh, sorry if I surprised you. Is our neighbor, american?", I pointed the next door house from the window.
"hmm, oh yeah, They are the Chwe family."
"Chew family?", I stifle, "chew", I laugh.
"No, not that chew, it's C. H. W. E", Dad explain with a sigh.
"oh... "
"he's wife is my friend", he explain again.
"oh... so did you misspelled too when you first heard their name?"
"mmmm.. yeah", dad replied after hesitated.
Then I laugh, "so they're like, "hey we're the 'chew-chew-chew- Chwe Family', you know like that song 'chewing gum' ", I laugh again.
Dad sigh and shake his head, "anyway, why did you ask? You saw them?"
"yeah, I saw probably they're son cause he look like my age but he also rude.", I fold my arm.
"and what make you say that?"
"cause I wave and smile at him, but he just walk away"
