"Welcome home Seokjin."

I was dragging my heavy luggage in the house but stopped when I heard those words as I had already knew who it was. As far as I remembered, no one here calls me by that name. Even when I was in Melbourne, all my friends there called me Jin. Everyone calls me Jin except for one person.

"Taehyung", I said whilst smiling. I wasn't even surprised when I looked up only to see him standing on the porch. It was as if he had been waiting for me to reach home.

"How have you been? God, have you been working out or something?", I asked him and in returned he chuckled.

"Let's talk inside, it's pretty chilly out here.", he replied in which I agreed. I quickly took out the keys from under the mat and opened the door. The keys has always been under the mat.

As I entered the house, my house, I could tell that nothing really changed. Everything was where it had always been like a year ago. The photos, dad's massage chair in the living room and mom's favourite vase placed nicely on counter top. They were all there.

I looked around the house once more and looked at the number of rooms there was. There were three rooms here. In an instance, I already knew which room I should avoid entering. Her room.

I know it's only been a year, but god knows what we've been through for the past 12 months. It was hell. Ever since that incident happened, we just thought that it'll be a good idea to leave Hillford Falls. Who'd knew I'd even come back here.

"Yah Jin!", a seemingly high toned voice screamed across the living room.

I was surprised to see Lalisa running towards me. As Lalisa was approaching me, I saw a few other people entering the house too. It was them.

"You told them?", I asked Taehyung who was standing next to me.

"They're gonna find out either ways when you go to school tomorrow."

"Right. Hillford High.", I mumbled to myself.

It's not that I don't wanna go back to Hillford High, I do but it's not easy. I remember going to school with her everyday. I'd always hitch her a ride to school, not just because mom wanted me to but I'd figured that it'd be safer for me to be with her so that I could protect her from the recent animal attacks that had been going on in Hillford Falls last time.

"If it's tough for you, you know you could always ditch school tomorrow instead right?", asked Chaeyoung causing the others to agree with her.

"Jin wouldn't do such a thing. We all know he came back here to graduate from Hillford High", said Hoseok.

"You're right. I wouldn't ditch school."

"If you don't mind me asking, you could've just studied and graduated in Melbourne, why'd you come back here just to graduate at Hillford High?", Jennie asked. I could tell she was curious.

Jennie was right though. Why would anyone come back from studying overseas just to graduate in a local neighbourhood school in a small town that's not even widely known to public.

"I.."

"Let's not pry. It is Jin's first day back in-", Namjoon was about to complete his sentence before I cut him off. "I figured it'd be best if I stay here instead", I said, trying my best to convince them.

Truth be told, the only reason I'm back in Hillford Falls was to sell the house so that Mom and Dad didn't have to worry about having to pay the bills here despite not living in the house. Fortunately, both Mom and Dad knew how much this place meant to me so they allowed me to enrol in Hillford High on one condition, which was to sell the house once I've graduated.

"Well, we think it's smart of you to do so", said Jimin who has been standing quietly behind Chaeyoung. I didn't even notice he was there until he started talking, probably due to the fact that he's still a shorty.

The others responded to Jimin's comment by nodding their heads, agreeing with what he said but one person caught my attention off-guard, Taehyung. He looked rather distressed.

All of a sudden, Lalisa's phone started ringing. She quickly picked up the phone call whilst running towards the kitchen which was not far from the living room. I could tell she was excited but was trying her best to be discreet about it. However, things took a turn when we heard her yelling while speaking to the caller, it was definitely the opposite of what she wanted to do.

"Are you serious right now Jungkook? It's Jin's first day and we're all here except for you two and Jisoo!", Lalisa started yelling on the phone.

"They're always arguing."

"I swear to god, they're like a couple."

"Hush, she's coming here right now!", warned Chaeyoung who was watching Lalisa's movement from outside the kitchen secretly.

"So Jungkook and Yoongi ended training pretty late and weren't able to get the cake at the bakery store since it's already closed and Jisoo is still at the Student Council meeting but they're all still coming here", she said. "How great! I was actually looking forward to eating cake today but thanks to the boys, I'll just starve to death instead!", She added sarcastically.

"You're not gonna starve to death Lisa. You're just being dramatic", Jennie rolled her eyes.

"Let's just order food online. Anyone up for hawaiian pizza instead?", Namjoon suggested in which everyone could just agree.

I miss this. I miss how we all used to talk and bicker over the smallest things. These little things are what actually makes our group so much fun and unique. Despite not all of us being here right now, I'm gonna make sure I make use of the time before I actually have to leave them all here.

As of now, I'm finally home.
