{ Ciel's POV }

> For the short time that she has been here, (Y/N)  hasn't acted in any way that would cause concern. It is a little strange how she can't seem to remember where she lived. Or how she has no history. Not even Sebastian could find a single clue that she existed. She seemed normal but something was definitely perplexing about her. She appears to be getting more and more pale as the days go by. Perhaps she's gotten sick from her time in the cold winter night. I'll have to send Sebastian in to town to fetch some medicine just to be safe.

Suddenly I hear a deafening crack and I'm torn away from my thoughts. I quickly stand from my desk and out in to the hallway and walk towards the sound.

{ 2nd person POV }

You were calmly walking down the hallway with Sebastian while chatting about what would be made for dinner that evening. Everything was calm and nothing seemed amiss. Over the few weeks you've  been here, everyone has been very nice. The gardener, Finny, has given you a flower on almost every day of your stay. You had gotten along well with the maid Mey-Rin and had enjoyed talking with her.

"-blah blah words for food-"

"That sounds love-"

Your words are stopped by a sickening crack and the sounds of shattering glass. Your vision goes black for a second before you realize what has happened. Blood streams down your faces as you turn to stare up at Sebastian, who has a look of shock on his face. You reach up the the side of your head and feel the gouge in your head where you had just been shot. You deadpan, realizing that the facade you maintaining had been uncovered. Reaching up you dig your fingers into your head, wincing a bit at the pain but continuing until you've pulled out the bullet. By this time Ciel had already arrived on the scene. He held the same expression as Sebastian as he stood there quietly.

Suddenly Sebastian spoke, " Young Master you  mustn't be here, it's dangerous. Please wait elsewhere while I take care of this."

He sighed before turning to you and saying, "Have Sebastian clean you up, then meet me in my office, I think you have some explaining to do." He turned on his heel before heading off in the direction of his room. In a flash Sebastian was out the broken window and in the forest. You can only assume what happened to the shooter. In an instant he was back standing next to you, a small patch of blood staining the cuffs of his shirt.

He turned to face you before speaking, "Well this is quite a turn of events isn't it," he turned once more and started heading in an unknown direction with you following close behind. You didn't say a word, knowing that any wrong word could get you killed.

After taking you to the infirmary and cleaning up the wound, which had already healed by now, he led you back to Ciel's office. He was already sitting behind his desk when you arrived.

"Have a seat." He said calmly as he pointed to the chair in front of him. You could see him cringe a bit at the sight of the blood staining your dress.

"Clearly you aren't human. Are you like him?" He nods his head towards Sebastian before turning back to you.

You shake your head before speaking,"I think it's obvious that demons exist," you glance over at Sebastian before continuing,"but have you ever considered that there might be other creatures lurking in the dark?"

He stays silent and waits for you to continue.

"The truth is.." you pause, considering whether or not it would be a good idea to expose your true nature to him. You close your eyes and smile wide making sure to show your fangs," the truth is that I am a vampire."

Opening your eyes you see Ciel sitting there with a shocked expression on his face.
"So then you were lying this whole time?" He says with a frown.

"Well, most of what I've told you so far about my self is the truth, however I do admit I lied a bit. I do know where I live, but it's slightly hard to explain. It would be better if I showed you."

Ciel pauses and thinks about it for a moment before turning to his butler.

"Very well then. Sebastian prepare a carriage to leave tomorrow at noon."

"Yes, My Lord." Sebastian then pulls his pocket watch out from his jacket and says, "Ah, dinner should be ready by now." Ciel gets up and starts to leave. You follow behind the both of them before Sebastian speaks up again. "Lady (Y/N) I believe it would be best is you washed up first and I'll have Mey-Rin bring it to you afterwards."

"Oh!" You suddenly remember the state of your clothes and hurry off to the guest room you had been staying in. You peel off the bloodied white and grey dress. A sign of relief passes your lips after you untie the strings of your corset and slip out of your shoes. You knew that your father would be relived to have you back home after a week but you would have a lot of explaining to do. During your week of being at the Phantomhive Manor you had completely forgotten about your duties back home. Surely the city must be in panic after losing its Princess for so long. The palace must be in disarray but going back after a long such a long time would feel great.

Authors Note
Hng kinda disappointed in this but I just wanted to put something out after a long time. I don't have an update schedule as you can tell. I mainly just put stuff out when I get a burst of creativity/motivation. I'm sorry if you think the story isn't that good but this is my first ever fan fic so I'm trying my best. Thank you all for reading and I hope that my work isn't too confusing. The next chapter (if I write it lmao) will explain a lot but I'm just not really feeling it right now anyways bye
