Personality: Neo is a very kind and caring soul. He likes to make people feel appreciated and welcome. He does really like competition though. He likes to win no matter what and won't be afraid to show off to other people. He loves the attentions and praise of other people. He would never put anyone down because he thought they were weaker that he was. He thought everyone could turn out great in their own way.

Quirk Description: Neo can basically turn whatever he wants into a bomb. He keeps the object in mind and the touches it. Once he touches it he has three seconds to get it were he wants. The object begins to blink and it explodes wherever he left it.
Quirk drawbacks: The object wont became a bomb if it is to big. He has to have the object in mind or it wont work. If he he isn't fast enough he could hurt himself.

Backstory: Neo grew up with pro heros for parents. He was always in the spotlight because of them. He did love getting recognized at first but it soon got old. He parents always pushed him to be and do his best. He had struggled at first to understand his quick but soon figured it out.
Hero Name: Jax
Hero Costume: Neo wears a fireproof jumpsuit with the arms cut off. It has straps on his legs were he keeps daggers so he could make them into bombs. He wears a dark mask so he won't hurt his eyes. He head and arms are left uncovers because he has never been able to get burned there. He sometimes wears a fireproof jacket when he feels like he needs to. He does have to wear gloves when he isn't fighting. They are special gloves that wont let him blow anything up on accident.
