POV Alisa
I woke with a start as I felt strong arms around me. I tuned to Alex and relaxed.
I also noticed that the big black wigs were gone. But... How?
"I told you, you are one of us. Well sort of we usually don't have wings." Alex said snapping me out of my thoughts
"...where are they?.." I asked my voice tinny. I only talk in front of Alex and Ella his sister.
"Like us you shifted and you can shift back thats why the wings are gone. You shifted back to your human form"
"Oh" i say as I think about what he just said
"You are a Dark-Night Angle and the last of your kind. Like all shifter if you lose your temper you will shift. You will also go through heat, but I will explain that later." Alex said i thought about this. Heat...?
"Why did you run?" He asked all of a sudden
"It wasn't the fact about the werewolf thing. Its just my grandmother....no one was suppose to know. I only knew because of the old dairy. I freaked I guesses. Im sorry" i said
"Its fine your safe now. You do know that they weren't your blood relatives right?"
"Found that out last night" i said with a small smile
He smiled back making my heart fluttery.
"Get some sleep you have a big day tomorrow" Alex said, giving him a clueless look he explained.
"You are 17 and must go to school and get an education. But I will also be going as your teacher" He said
"Oh".... This will be interesting?
