sooo omg ik i disappear a fuck ton but i promise that's gonna stop. I also know I talk about my depression and anxiety a lot but that's because i've learned that the more you know about someone the easier it is to talk to them and i want you guys to feel like you can talk to me if you ever need someone. Anyways, last month i was sent to a mental hospital because i was having a really bad manic episode. While I was there I met some amazing ass girls that helped me realize my life was worth living. I also found out i had bipolar depression, severe anxiety and pretty bad PTSD. I've been going to therapy for all of it but my point in telling you all of this is that no one deserves to feel even slightly as bad as I did and the fact that so many of you do (and a lot if you guys have it worse than me) and I can't do shit about it hurts my heart. So maybe if i share my story maybe it will help even one person realize that they're not beyond help. Pls pls pls come to me or someone. All of your lives are so fucking precious and it would kill me to lose even one of you. I love all of you so fucking much. My inbox is always open ❣️
