Davis' POV
I make a fist when i hear the words slip out of her.
She died. He killed her.
I feel my anger rise within me and I try so hard to hold myself from going to that station and strangling that coward with my bare hands.
I stood up from the table. "Go get ready. We'll go see how Amy's doing." I clench my jaw.
She looks at me with teary eyes and nods,getting up and heading for the stairs.
I sigh.
I walk into the living room and let myself fall on the couch.
I feel someone tap me and i woke up looking around.
Elena was standing beside me in her clothes from yesterday.
I forgot I needed to get her new clothes.
"You ready?"
She nods.
"Alright, let's go."
I take her hand gently pulling her out of the house and into the car.
The drive to the hospital was a quiet one, same as when we were leaving the hospital.
In less than 20 minutes, my car was packed at the hospital premises.
I exited the car immediately and went over to the other side, opening the door for her.
"Thank you." She mouthed.
We walk in quietly and stop at the reception.
I wait while Elena go talk to a nurse.
She soon comes back, her face moody.
"Are you okay?"
"Umm..yea, just that Amy's not making progress yet."
She says softly.
"I'm sorry." I whisper, pulling her in for a hug.
She sobs softly on my chest.
"We could head back if you want." I try to say something, hoping I could help.
"No.." She pulls away, wiping her face. "Its fine. Let's go in."
I nod, taking her hand as we walk down the hallway into Amy's room.
"Hello doc." I wave Emily.
"Hi there, have a seat." She points to the chair close to Amy's bed.
Elena sits on the corner of the bed while I occupy the chair.
"Elena I'm sorry but the doc came in and there's nothing he could do for her. She lost a lot of blood already before she was brought in and her cuts were just too deep and even infected." Emily says softly.
Elena whimpers and I feel my heart breaking.
I can't watch this!
"I'll be back." I announce before walking out.
Once I'm outside the building, I take out my phone from my pocket and dail Harry's number.
Hello man, what's up?
"Meet me at the station in 10 minutes."
Okay bro, I'm on it!
I got into my car and zoomed of to the police station. The same one Elena's so called father was in.
"You asked me who I was right?
Well I am Davis Malik. When i'm done with you Mr Richie, you won't know what hit you."
