Well you see y/n a quirk is a superpower basically, it manifests at the age of four. There is 80% of the world that have quirks and 20% that doesn't, if you are quirkless then you have two joints in your pinky-toe while the ones with quirks don't because they don't need the extra bone, with quirks you could be a hero if you are accepted and if you are quirkless then you would have to settle of a policeman/woman of others because your chances of being a hero where slim very slim.
