T'was a dark and gloomy night, a tiger with a Glock 17 in his hand, two cartridges left. He sat in the driver seat of his parked trailer in the night of '84. The radio plays "Borrowed Time" by John Lennon, which completely describes his life now as it is borrowed, cheated from the fabric of time. After finding out about the atomic anomalies that was happening in his country, his eyes was filled with contempt and mixed with anger, losing hope on the regime. He never wanted to go back and stay frozen in time but alas, someone pushed the button causing the pod to defrost, forced him to work on labor camps and military work. Eventually, he planned an escape to America. He found another purpose as he worked on those camps, to serve the oppressed. Days later, he recieved intel that he was being followed by spies sent by Andropov as the talks of postponing Cold War is being processed.

Vladimir knew something shady about the operations, he was going to whistleblow, but it was too late for him. He fled the country as the trucks of militia pass by his house at that very night. Running as fast as he could, fighting the rapids of the river and the darkness of the forest. Praying that the plane is still in the garage and the airfield still in tact, they were all in good shape. He flew and crashed the plane into the fields of South Dakota.

With little to no money, Vladimir took up different types of jobs to make a living in America. Some of those jobs could've been very illegal. As a bilingual, both speaker of English and Russian, it was easy for him to live the "American Dream". Although, he lives in a trailer than a suburban house in a safe community, it's the "American Dream" for some. He growled as he ready his pistol. Turned off the radio and he sensed the enemy approaching nearer and nearer. With only two shots on his hands, will he ever survive?
