I had managed to work hard all day and impress Vikki. Later that day I had no time to talk with Michael again for getting me this job. Or to tell him how sorry I was. He was always surrounded by people. I must say it was truly amazing seeing everyone in action.

Sometimes on the set I had to stop myself from mouthing the words because I knew every line by heart from these movies. They had been my mom's favorite movies. She had also loved Michael in Teen Wolf too. They were wonderful movies. Seeing the cast so young was so neat. I loved being here.

Anyway, later that night I stuck around until no one noticed that I was closed in here. Locked up for the night. I managed to get working on the time machine. So that way when I found my father then I could take us both back to the time he was supposed to be in. Problem was how was I going to find my father?

Was he going by his real name? Or a fake name? I had no computers or phones to use around here like we did in my time. I ended up falling asleep at my machine. Then later I was up getting donuts out of the vending machine they had there. And a carton of milk to.

I grabbed the phone book and begin to look for men with my father's name. I begin to write down each address and phone number around here while I scarfed down donuts. I was starving.

I was not sure when the last time it was since I had eaten a full meal since being on this mission. My head kept bobbing up and down. It had been a long time since I pulled an all nighter like this one. I yawn then shove another donut in my mouth.

"Nika? Nika?" I hear someone later on calling my name and shaking my shoulders.

My eyes focus as they open to see a concerned handsome Michael looking down at me with the sweetest face. "Michael? What time is it?" I yawn as I sit up.

"Did you spend the night here?" he wonders.

I sit up. I begin to hide the work with the numbers on the paper. "No, I was finishing work here. And I fell asleep is all" I lie. He sits down beside me.

"Nik, you told me before. Do you really not have a home right now? No where to go?" he asks in the most serious voice I ever heard. "What is with the numbers?" he wonders as he glances at the papers I had.

I sigh. I might as well tell him more. "I do not have a home right now. When I came here to this town it is to find my father. He has been missing for years. My mother and I do not know what happened to him. We need answers" I begin to explain. "He had worked for the government. And some shady things happened. I need to find him. My mother needs closure. And this was the last known town that my father went to. I was jotting down names in the phone book. These guys have similar names of my father. I have to find him ang get him to come home to us" I explain without adding the crazy part of I am from the future and I came to find my dad.

He would never believe that!

He looks deep in thought. "So how many years has it been since you last saw your dad?" he asks me.
