" To far over, If you were to stab me and I was a older vamp it wouldn't effect me." Y/n said while showing him where to stab the stake. He looked down to were to stab her and looked at her." Okay so here?" He asked while poking it just where it needed to be. " Yes" she said while looking down at the stake in his hand. He got off her and helped her up. Then Y/n heard a branch snap and turned around quickly. 

" Damon." Jeremey said as he looked at the older vampire. " Hey little gilbert, Y/n." Damon said flexing a cocky smile. " Hey Damon." Y/n said a little awkward. " Um I'll leave you guys to talk." Jeremey said walking off. " Um Y/n can I ask you something?" " Yeah I'm not gonna stop you."     " well I wanted to ask if you wanted to go out to town and grab some dinner together if you'd like I'm not forcing you too. Only if you want to. " Damon said a little shy. " Is the Famous Damon Salvatore asking me on a date. "Well I didn't say it was a date but since You said it was I guess it is." Damon said. " Okay well I need to go to my house, get a shower and stuff. Your more than welcome to come if you'd like to." " Yeah ill come." Damon said walking over to her to grab the duffel bag for her. 

y/n walked to the trunk of her car and opened it to put the duffel bag in. Damon put it and in shut it she walked over  to the drivers side and Damon got in on the passengers side. She drove to her family's lake house. They listed to some music mostly some good music like, Guns n roses and nickel back. When they pulled up Damon looked at the house and smiled. He didn't say anything but he smiled. " What?" " Nothin this is the  house my family used to own. I didn't relies that your family was the one who bought it." " Well its a nice house." She said as she opened her door Damon followed her and they both walked to the door." Damon you can come in." " Thank you." He said politely. " Your welcome to anything you want here, there is bourbon on the cabinet above the fridge." Y/n explained while showing him around. " Ill be back in a few minutes I'm gonna get a shower" She explain will walking up the stairs to her room. 

After she got out of the shower she changed into some black skinny jeans and a white V-neck t-shirt with her Black leather jacket with some black boots. She walked down the stairs while she was brushing her hair. She walked to the kitchen with Damon cooking somethin she didn't know what it was but she didn't mind. She walked to the fridge and poured her some (Favorite drink). She sat down on the stool at the counter and watched him cook. 

"So are you just gonna stare at me, Because I don't mind" He said making her blush. " So  what are you cooking?" " Steak." He said while flipping the steak." He turned around and looked at her. He sat beside her and poured him some more bourbon and drunk it. " So why are you so mad at my brother?" " HE turned me and took me away from my brother, And when I finally got home I got there I told her what I was and she told me to leave and she didn't want me to come back ever again." Y/n told him while looking at him. Then took a sip of her drink. He shook his head understanding her. " So when did you turn?" " Back in 1800s. I got shot by my father while having vampire blood in my system. I woke up and my brother forced me to drink some random girls blood and I didn't want to. So I promised him a eternity of misery." Damon said. Y/n got up and reached into the cabinet  and got her a glass she pored her some bourbon in her glass and held the glass up to his. " To the eternity of misery" she said holding her glass up to his and he tapped his glass to hers and they both drunk  there drink. 

They both ate and talked then it started to get late she offered Damon a ride back to the lake house but he didn't want a ride so she walked him to the door and he left."
