Climbing to The Top (Katsuki Bakugo Xreader)

Chapter 5

After school Katsuki decided to hang out with Kirishima, Midoriya, and Todoroki. They just went to Kirishima’s house to play video games.

Katsuki was playing against Kirishima and was losing. “I won’t let you beat me!” he yelled at Kirishima. Kirishima just laughed at bit as played the game.

“Are you sure you can beat me?” Kirishima said a smirk on his face. Katsuki glared. As he got in a few good hits on Kirishima’s character.

“EAT SHIT” Katsuki screamed at him.

Midoriya and Todoroki sat next to each other on the couch watching the two play. Todoroki was generally amused as Midoriya looked a bit scared of the yelling.  Soon Katsuki was on a roll delivering one good hit after another.

“DIE, DIE, FUCKING DIE.” He yelled standing on his feet as he kept throwing punch after punch at Kirishima’s character. With that Katsuki managed to defeat Kirishima.

“Good game!” Kirishima laughed as he set down the controller. He looked over at Katsuki who was still on his feet eyes on the screen.

“Hey did something happen with you and (y/n)?” Kirishima asked. Midoriya goes to say something then stops when he sees Katsuki giving him the death glare.

“Doesn’t matter.” Katsuki growled as he set down the controller. Katsuki turned to face the other boys.

“I mean, you did make her cry. . .what did you say to her when you followed her out?” Kirishima asked furrowing his brow.  Katsuki recalls the events of the day. He feels his face get a bit warm. What. Weird.

“I told her to suck it up.” he lied as he then looked back at the tv. Todoroki tilts his head.

“Hey Bakugo your face is red. You didn’t tell her to suck it up or you wouldn’t be so red.” He said with a chuckle finding it a bit funny he then looked at Midoriya who was looking at his feet. It was obvious that he knew something about what happened.

“Midoriya, what happened yesterday?” Todoroki asked his eyes not shifting for the curly haired boy. Midoriya looked up from his feet and over at Katsuki who was glaring at him from across the room then back at Todoroki. He took a deep breath before speaking quickly.

“TheyWereHuggingAndItLookedLikeKacchanWasGoingToKissHer.” as soon as he said that he ran out of the room to the bathroom as Katsuki lunged towards him.

“IM GONG TO FUCKING KILL YOU DEKU.” The bathroom door slammed and bangging on the door could be heard. Todoroki looked over at Kirishima who got up walking towards the bathroom. When he gets there he sees the door broken and on the floor.

“Fuck!” he said a bit loud as he quickly entered the bathroom. Inside the bathroom there laid Midoriya on the floor Katsuki on top of him his left hand balled up like he was ready to attack Midoriya. Kirishima pulled Katsuki away from Midoriya and got between the two.

“Come on Bakugo calm down! You’re going to destroy my bathroom! Hell you already destroyed my door! My mom is going to kill me!” Katsuki was looking at Midoriya, ignoring Kirishima.

Katsuki tried to charge at Midoriya but Kirishima used his quirk to help block him from getting through shortly after that Midoriya quickly left the room.

“I’m going home! Thanks for today!” Midoriya said as he quickly left the house. Once he was gone Kirishima lets go of Katsuki.

“So, it sounds like you have a big crush on (y/n)?” Kirishima asked. Katsuki was still enraged.

“I don’t.” he yelled at him.
His face was a bit red but he didn’t notice but Kirishima did.

“Your face is red.” Kirishima commented. Katsuki looked in the mirror.

“I’m probably getting sick.” Katsuki said as he touched his own face. It's warm.

“Maybe she liked you back.” Kirishima said scratching the back of his neck awkwardly. Katsuki looked at the red haired boy.

“It doesn’t matter you fucktard! I don’t like her.” he said raising his voice. He took a deep breath as he pushed past Kirishima. What if stupid hair is right?

Even if he is I can’t let her get in the way of me surpassing Almight and becoming the number one hero. She is just a stupid girl.
