Dipper never realized how truly and utterly terrifying Bill Cipher was.

Or how very alone he felt without M-

Ma-

Who was it again?

M-m-ma-

Wait, who was he thinking about? He could swear that there was somebody that he was always with him, someone important. Someone that he could always count on-

No, no, that's wrong. He can't count on anybody but himself, he never had had anybody by his side before. He was sure of it. He was always alone wasn't he? There's only ever been one other person in his life and that was that Bill.

Right.

Bill.

He could always count on Bill. Bill was always there, making sure that nothing was wrong. Bill made sure that he was comfortable and that he was okay. Nobody but him had ever been there for him, he was always with himself or with Bill, nobody else. He was sure of it.

Yes, he was sure of it. He was sure, sure, suresuresuresuresuresuresure-

Dipper forgot how nice Bill was. Bill would always come and he would, he would-

He would...

What was it again? Was he forgetting something? He was forgetting something wasn't he? Didn't Bill tell him something about his memory problem? It was, it was...

Who was he again?

__

"Calm down, nothings going to happen. Don't worry, we're going to get out of this together, okay? All I need you to do is to trust me, okay Mabel?"

Dipper woke up. What was that sound again? He thought he remembered what it was last time. It was called, it was called-

"That's it. Just trust me, okay?"

Why did that sound so familiar. It was like he had heard that before. From what, though? He had always been alone and the only thing that had ever been familiar to him was the cold stone walls surrounding him, the shackles tying him down to the ground.

Shackles...?

Dipper moved his leg; that's right, his ankles were shackled, because he was a-

Somebody screamed right next to his ear. Dipper flinched, something was wrong, that scream was outside of his head but all the screams were supposed to be inside because they shouldn't ever have to be heard.

"It's a monster! I knew it, I knew it! We have to get out of here, we have to get out!"

That's right, monster are shackled and locked into cages because they were dangerous to others. No, that wasn't right, it was because monsters were dangerous to themselves so they had to have someone help them and train them to be better.

That's right. That had to be right. That was what Bill had told him and Bill was always right so that had to mean that he had to be a monster.

Now everything was making sense.

He was a monster and the only one that was making sure that he wasn't going to hurt himself was Bill.

"He's planning something! He's going to kill us, Wendy! I knew we should have never gone out and-"

But he could have sworn that he was alone.

"This place is giving me the creeps. Let's get out of here before something else weird happens."

"Right behind you."

No, that was wrong. He was never alone, because he had Bill, and Bill was the only person he would ever need.

Bill would accept him and help him, even though he was a monster.

Now he remembered, Dipper was a monster, but that was okay because Bill would always be with him.

__

Dipper woke up once again to a hand running through his hair. Although he woke up, there wasn't immediate awareness in his surrounding. But he registered the silence that surrounded him, something that was foreign to him for every waking hour was reserved for the screamingscreamingscreamingscreamingscreaming-

Dipper also registered soft, constant breaths belonging to someone else. He knew that his breathing, if anything, was nasally and rather annoying, so these had to belong to Bill, because Bill was always a constant reassuring presence from the monster that he was.

The thin fingers running through his hair were warm and reassuring, everything that Bill encompassed. They were true to their owner, Bill never lied to him. Bill couldn't lie to him, Bill never had. He would nevernevernevernevernever-

"Stop racin' there, Pinetree."

Dipper opened his eyes slowly. Bill's soothing voice washing over him, slowing down his needlessly messy minefield of thoughts. Yes, Bill was good, Bill was calmness.

Bill was safe.

"I just need you to take in big, deep breaths."

Dipper took in some big, deep breaths, rattling his rib cage and making the weaseling from his frail lungs louder and more prevalent.

"You're somethin' else, Pinetree, I'll tell you that."

That was right, that's why Bill liked him so much. Because he was special, he was like nothing else.

"Ain't that right?" Bill chuckled softly.

Dipper was slowly coming to awareness. However, he refused to look at Bill. Bill was his idol, Bill was greatness and honor, Dipper's tainted mind and frail body did deserve the right to even be in Bill's presence. Bill was nothing short of an otherworldly entity.

"Don't worry, Pinetree, I'm the only entity that you will ever need be in the presence of. You're mine."

Yes, that was right.

Dipper could not exist without Bill. Bill owned him.

Nothing had ever seemed so right before.

"You're finally catching on there, Pinetree. All on you own."

____

Uh....

The procrastinator is back.

I wrote something.

Anyways, I know it's trash but like whatever. I really just wanted to give something to you guys (if any of you are still around, probably not but that's my fault)

Okay, time for me to disappear again, hopefully not for long though...

No promises.

Sincerely,

Lazy Author
