"Yesterday was just a walk in the park today however the work begins. Noah will be at your every beck and call don't be afraid to use him" The editor said before leaving me awkwardly there. It was my second day here and I hope it was better than it was yesterday. I got a tour of the media house then I was told to return today.

"Hazel right? I'll show you to your desk it's right next to mine" He smiled before leading the way.

Noah Hever was two year ahead of my class, he was that senior every girl would've killed for. I too have to admit I had the hever fever, the freshman me would've died right now at this opportunity. I had to admit he was still hot and haven't even changed much.

I shyly walked behind him making my way pass everyone who was busy at their desk or moving around. I was honestly geeked about this, I was finally doing something I loved.

Noah's snickering caught my attention he must've heard what I had said.

"It'll get better" He commented.

"I hope so, cause I'd hate to think I'm being assigned the tasks no one wants" I sighed, I mean we all had to start somewhere but this was definitely not it.

"That's not how it works. I'm going out in the field you should come, I could show you how I gather information it could be useful for your task" He offered.

"Yea, sure." I tried to play it off cool even though the nerd in me yelling Hever asked me out.

"If you want to get good stories you have to be out in the field and know what's happening around you all the time" He stated before pulling the handle of his car door.

"Secondly you need to know the structure of writing. The inverted pyramid is the most commonly used approach. This formation tends to lead in order of the most important details until the story has ended. However you want to still remain consistent throughout because starting good then ending on a bad note won't cut it" He continued, I was already in my notes app making my jottings
