taehyung pov

i was actually quite enjoying my first day at this new school. that jungkook kid i met.. he seems quite nice and i would love to get to know him. this school seems to have a lot of nice people.. i'm hoping it isn't like my last new school experience.

the only reason i moved to this school was because at my last school, i was always the kid that got bullied.. i had no friends really at all, besides one person, he was more of a friend, he was a boyfriend, but he ended up breaking my heart anyways.. so you could say i was quite lonely

(flashback)
i was walking down the school hallways, the kids pointing and whispering about me. my ex's group came up to me, all having an evil smirk on their face.. my ex cheated on me, but he told his group that i was the one hoeing around and sleeping with other men. i sighed, already knowing where this was going so i just let it happen, keeping my head down as they started to talk

"oh look! it's the slut" sehun chuckles deeply, shaking his head as he started to push me around, pushing me onto the lockers and staring into my eyes, letting out a scoff

"you think it's okay to go around and hoeing around with other men when you have a boyfriend?" he says, giving me a slap on the face, "Absolutely fucking pathetic" he says, pushing me down on the floor, chuckling before walking away, leaving me there in a groaning mess, my head pounding bad, no one being there to help.

(flashback end)

the bell rang, signaling it was time for everyone to go to lunch. i grab my textbooks and stuff them into my bag, starting to walk off to the cafeteria, groaning at the smell of the school food, happy i brought my own. i look around, seeing jungkook and smiling, walking over to his table

"hey.. can i sit here?" i ask, surprisingly not stuttering, seeing all of his friends and waving a bit, waiting for an answer

jungkook pov

i look up from my phone and see taehyung, smiling at him before nodding, "of course taehyung!" he smiles, moving over to sit beside him, looking over at my friends, all having a confused face

"oh yeah, guys, this is my new friend taehyung! taehyung this is namjoon, seokjin, yoongi, hoseok, and jimin! please treat tae nicely!" i say while smiling softly at them, all of them waving and sharing a little 'hello'.

"oh my gosh.. you are truly adorable taehyung! you should join our group!" seokjin exclaims softly while smiling

"i would love too, and i can't wait to get to know you guys, you all seem really nice!" taehyung says a bit shyly, seokjin and jungkook cooing a bit from his cuteness

3rd person pov

after a bit of communicating and eating, the boys decided to go outside. jungkook and taehyung went to a bench to get to know a bit about each other while the other boys went to a big picnic table. they both sat down, jungkook turning to look at taehyung

"so taehyung, tell me about yourself" jungkook smiles while noticing the boys features, his mole on his upper cheek, the one on his nose, and his famous box smile

"ah, okay then" taehyung says, adjusting himself to look at jungkook, starting to speak, "Well, as you know, my name is Kim Taehyung. I'm majoring in performing arts, so like singing and stuff. I'm 20 years old, and hella gay" he says, chuckling a bit at the end

jungkook smiled as he listened, nodding his head while smiling, "That's wonderful tae!" he says with a smile, deciding to share about himself as well, "Okay, i'm jeon jungkook, majoring in photography. i'm 19 years old, so you're my hyung!" he smiles, "And i'm also gay as well, everyone in my group is" he chuckles and smiles softly at taehyung

taehyung smiles at jungkook, "Photography? i would love to see some of your work one day! I bet it's beautiful" he says with a boxy smile, also taking in all of jungkooks attractive features

the other boy nods and chuckles, smiling softly at taehyung, "I would love to show you taehyung! i would also love to hear your singing. i bet it's beautiful considering your deep voice. oh, and your voice is really relaxing by the way" he compliments

taehyung couldn't help but to blush a bit at that, "I don't think it's all that good.. i don't know how i got accepted" he chuckles lightly, "but thank you anyways kookie" he smiles at the nickname he made up for the younger

the two boys continue to talk for quite a while until the bell rings, signaling it was time to go to their next class. they quickly exchange numbers before parting ways to their own classes, both having a wide smile on their face for the rest of their day.

taehyung was very thankful for jungkook and his friends. even if they just met that day, he had an oddly good connection with them, extremely happy that they didn't treat him like shit like all of the other kids in his old school. finally he was happy with the move for once, hoping to make even more friends.
