The coffee shop is quiet with a few regular customers and the tired barista making coffee
Wood floors make a clopping sound as I walk across them. The light pale minty green gives A nice feeling to the small shop.
I sit down briskly and pull out my laptop.
I start writing my paper for my high school English class. A girl with light brown short yet wavy hair with pale skin and and light grey eyes walk toward me.
She sits in the chair behind me I cover the light blush covering my face. I yell at my self under my breath "you have a god damn boyfriend, stop!" I tug on my long black hair and chew on my sweat shirt strings.
Her hair brushes against mine. Are heads bump she turns around quickly and says. "I am so sorry, did I hurt you?" I blush hard and say "no, but thank you," she blushes as well and gives me her number.
She leaves the little coffee shop with her grey scarf flying behind her. I slump down in my chair after I finish my paper. I feel the chap stick on my lips as I think. I have been mad at boyfriend lately and he has problems cheating on me any way. Should I leave him? Then it pops up am I lesbian for the girl. "The girl in the coffee shop,".
I leave the coffee shop with my laptop in my hand. I pull my phone out of my backpack and call Uber. Then I realize the coffee shop girl it sitting by the window of the little coffee shop. I sit next to her she looks up blush then laughs. I laugh with her.
Then I see my Uber pull up. She puts up her hand near her ear and mouths "call me,"I mouth back "I will". Sigh, get in my Uber and go home I'll go to the coffee shop tomorrow I say.
I go to bed thinking about the coffee shop girl and her light grey eyes and her light shiny
pink lips. I drift asleep.
