Y'all probably know that in Chapter 15, USSR saw flashbacks all of the sudden.
That's because the curse made everyone forget about Third Reich and its castle. The curse also made everyone in the castle (who had encountered or met USSR) forget him.
I'm sorry if any of y'all were confused about the ending and that unexpected plot twist. My mind is just going on different directions during writing the book. ;D
