Althea Mayweather was one of those kids born on October 1st, 1989. However, she wasn't alone. She was also born alongside her twin sister, Lola.
Kept by their mother, they grew up as any normal child would. Of course, with the addition that they were nothing but extraordinary.
But our story focuses on Althea, the twin with the power to manipulate time. Well, she could but she and her sister are separated and therefore her powers are weak.
Eventually, Althea stumbles upon a book written by Vanya Hargreeves aka the daughter of Sir Reginald Hargreeves, the one who wasn't "extraordinary."
Yet, extraordinary is all Althea sees when she sees Vanya Hargreevs.
